Obviously he still doesn't come even close to passing, but he definitely looks a lot better now than he did in the left pic. But we need a phrase to describe when someone is so far from passing that you wouldn't even guess that they're a troon, zero-effort isn't quite right because it includes plenty of trannies ho are obviously trannies. Sorry, I wasn't clear enough in that post: when I was talking about bullying, I was speculating about what was going on in the 'Laurel Hubbard pushing other competitors out of the way' video, and wondering whether there was shit going on behind the scenes given that all the female competitors clearly respect each other but hate Laurel. That bloated red-faced appearance looks like heavy drinking to me, although it could be something else like being on steroids (not the weightlifting kind, the corticosteroid kind). That would explain the chipmunk cheeks.
