The reason Bob stopped showing the video is because he was issued a ticket for driving 15 mph in a 35. He nearly caused several accidents.
So he's driving slower than the speed limit (by his own admission - slowed for a turn like he was taught to drive the short bus), begins to pull towards an exit to the right without a turn signal, and when the vehicle behind goes to pass him, he cuts back to follow the bend to the left.

Slob would have left his dashcam running to:
1.) video himself talking to the guy (because Slob thinks he's Mr. Road Vigilante/Care Bear Tough Guy)
2.) video the cops talking to the guy (because Slob said he called the cops and would want everyone to see they showed up)
Since he didn't, that means both of those events didn't happen.
