POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

as well as the difference between jail and prison. He's in JAIL now because it's pretrial/hasn't been convicted, only charged. Jail is for that or situations where someone is sentenced 12 months or less (well.... generally speaking. some states may differ slightly) PRISON is post-conviction (after trial or plea)
And in general, jail policies often replicate prison policies when it comes to holding inmates. Chris hasn’t had his dick removed so he’s going to be held with other men if not isolated as a sex offender.

When chris gets sentenced can null add a little countdown timer until he gets out that floats in the bottom of the screen like ralphs subforum has?

"8 years, 281 days, 12 hours until chris is released from prison."

It could be kinda fun and it would stop people from endlessly asking when he gets out over the next couple years.

God I hope so. Anything to make them shut the fuck up

Why do they use "-phobe" and "-ist" labels like an insult? People either don't care or proudly own it every time, but they continue to think it's some big gotcha
those labels are good at shutting them up, so they think it'll work on everyone else.

They really have power fetish over bringing down those that step out of line. Some of the shit I've read from these people is absurd.

"Rape only has one victim. When you misgender all trans are victims"

Because for years "-phobes" and "-ists" were a more efficient weapon than any gun when it came to shutting up anyone who has an opinion they don't like. These people are genuinely retarded and don't realize how impotent their weapon of choice has started to become from it's overuse.

1. In Virginia, inmates are only allowed to transfer to the opposite sexs' cell if they have had a sex change surgery.
So this thing would end up in a male prison if sentenced?

He said barb didnt send him money and that he didnt contact barb. Neither of those are lies . Seethe harder

Also chris knowing that " some people" have negative view of incest is not in any way proof he truly understands what he did or how its immoral and illegal .

You are just a moron lol
not trying to be argumentive but..... have you seen the screens re: the money transfer? Chris did lie to Null when confronted before being called out directly with the screenshot of the transfer and then waffled with their excuses. Aside from lying, it was a violation of the epo as well as blows the door wide open on speculation how long these transfers have been without permission.

as for the issue of his capacity of understanding.. again it goes into legal culpability vs. other forms of understanding and are very different. if we look at his behavior, from how he skirted around it, giving piecemeal bits of information, similar to how he has done many things of the years that are questionable on some level, it shows *some* awareness of being societally reprehensible, which lends to understanding a taboo nature to it. I really find that it's going to be hard/impossible for anyone to legit prove legal insanity based on their behaviors surrounding it before and after.

edit: threw in more regarding poster's position on "understanding"

also, don't know why you're calling others morons.

not sure why you're calling others morons.
1 : i already mentioned what was said. Chris didnt lie

2: its actually not clear if it was a violation of the epo or not. The epo forbade contact as well as any criminal action. Barb allegedly had beeb dipping into chris's money as well so whether or not his action was pre approved is not clear. It wasnt contactong barb and wasnt necessarily a crime; therefore didnt violate epo

Soz retard

Would he though? or would he try to amazon himself toys to the jail?

Also, and I understand this isn't entirely an apples to apples comparison, but in one of my old careers we had a metric on radicalized FNs beyond which they weren't considered viable assets, as they'd be too unstable / unreliable for enlisting cooperation and tasking. One of these metrics was how far removed they were from stable social norms. I'm thinking if we pulled someone in that, while nonviolent in the strict sense, had degraded to the point of something approximating sociopathy (I'm not even talking about the motherfucking or the talk about "the merge") they'd never leave the cell while we were working in the area.
Depending on the rules where he's at, he could potentially buy a prison-issue handheld game unit and prison-issued games:
