The money going from Barb to Chris is a violation of the EPO, it has more conditions than just contact.
It would be a matter of whether or not Barb was of sound mind to grant Chris access to her bank account. Regardless, he probably shouldn't have taken her money when there was a no contact order, considering unless Chris had a durable power of attorney for his mother (meaning she wouldn't be able to make financial decisions for herself), he would probably have to obtain permission, either verbally or in writing, that he could take her money. Common sense (which I know Chris doesn't have, but still) would dictate that you should not take anything from someone you are forbidden from contacting. Regardless of whether or not Barb have him permission in the past, it wasn't a smart move.
The EPO said Chris isn't to come into contact with or do damage to Barb and or her property, a few hours after it was signed and delivered to him, he withdrew $750 from her account. When Null asked him, he denied talking to Barb and her sending him money. How, and I can't just stress this enough, the fuck do you explain him getting that money then? He withdrew the money then tried to hide it from Null. He knew what he did was bad and tried to cover it up despite being caught red handed. Don't cherry pick your arguments, do better than that.
Simple solution, have Null forum ban everyone who has registered in the last week from commenting about Chris.
Yeah I dunno.
