I mean can Barb even consent at this point? We really dont know the extent of her dementia but based on the e-begging videos and my own experience losing all four grandparents to some form of dementia or Alzheimers she seemed gone and gone faaaaaaaaar.

In an ideal world CWC would be facing a rape charge based off the heavy implications Barb was not okay with it and suffered from the acts. But I also am skeptical that they would try to level the charge against CWC because of how severe the autism really is. CWC has a far easier time pleading insanity to rape charges than incest, as where focusing solely on an incest charge would put CWC on notice and allow the state to intervene by taking Barb from the home. But its purely speculation. It'll be bonkers from start to finish which is to be expected when CWC is involved.

We don't know enough to state anything with 100% certainty, most of us are just speculating. Just because you have regular access to another person's account doesn't make it legal. Competency can change over the years as people get older. It could be argued that Chris should never have access to anyone's account, even his own, based on his own financial history and his other behaviors. Begging for money to pay the mortgage online, then spending like $400 on Ghostbuster legos? He clearly does not make sound financial decisions. No idea. I suppose if it was court mandated that he has to engage with treatment as part of his sentence possibly. No way he can afford a private shrink for his defence, public defenders office isn't going to reach into their pockets for the motherfucker so its only the courts Docs that are going to assess him and make a recommendation to the judge about how he should add any stipulations to his sentence.
Second he tries to hide his meds or the shrinks see him manipulating they'll possibly recommend that he's comitted AFTER his sentence is complete because he's not willing to engage with any process whilst locked up so once he's out he'll still be a danger.
No judge is gonna wanna be known as the Judge who let the guy who raped his mother multiple times and bragged about it off lightly only for him to go on and commit more atrocities.
