It would be practically negligent not to put Chris into administrative segregation, solitary if they have the space, given the offenses he would have to be charged with to see significant prison time at non-minimum security/work farm style facility, his incredible autism, and troonery. You should read the legal thread. There are people there who actually have experience with the justice system who are given detailed answers instead of screaming CHRIS IS GOING TO GET RAPED IN PRISON or CHRIS IS GOING TO BE COMMITTED like most people do in his current threads.

90% of criminal cases end in plea deals. A plea deal would likely be to lesser a sex offense(s), if they bring rape charges, with a suspended sentence, probation, and probably court ordered psychiatric treatment. It could of course go tits up for him if say Chris insists on going to trial or his Tard Armor could engage if investigators can't find enough physical evidence for serious charges and Barb refuses to cooperate.

When you are living a close quarters with a whole bunch of people eventually they will snap and force you to do what you are supposed to do.
He said they really didn't have a problem with the guy at all it's not like someone wanted to murder him it's just he stinks so bad that eventually every prisoner was like yeah we're throwing his ass in the shower and forcing him to stay until smell is gone.

Prisoners are very serious about hygiene. Even if you don't smell really bad but choose not to shower regularly, you will be socially ostracized. Then you're an easy target for whoever wants to fuck with you.

Yeah. I went back and looked. Turns out they don't even do the intake shave anymore. See the attached policies but basically they just take a picture with your hair pulled back or shower capped and your facial hair trimmed to 'simulate' what you look like with short hair. Then you're good to go as long as you keep it clean and don't hide contraband in it.
