Do you think that Chris' artwork qualifies as loli/shota porn? I believe that under some state obscenity laws, it very well might, but the Virginia statue wasn't entirely clear - I also saw that some parts of the law had been repealed, so I can't read it.

I'm also wondering if Sonichu or RoseChu ever had sex with a human-looking character in any of the comics (and if that could be considered producing bestiality/zoophilia porn).

He once drew himself fucking Sonichu and called him "son" in that same pic, believing Sonichu would give birth to Crystal if he did so.

Chris is a vaguely humanoid-shaped man. Does that count?

I don’t know if this has been brought up and I did take a look at Virginia proper, but if convicted I think Chris would be put in a sex offender only block if they have them. Still not a walk in the park in any way shape or form but I would think his survival rate would greatly increase in that instance. Along with mandatory councilling I think. ( I know a lot of states house all SO in special blocks but I dunno about Virginia)

In many states, they shave you when you go into intake due to the possibility of lice or whatever, but don't require anything after that. A friend of mine from high school did time for cocaine dealing, but at that time they did not shave him at all, so it was unclear if it is always enforced (he always had and still does have long hair).

That part I get, but was his natural hair color always black? Or am I just so used to seeing it in unnatural colors and the fact I can't consult the wiki right now (502 errors galore) mean I've sort of gaslighted myself to what his hair actually should be colored?
