It's not a coincidence, since there were numerous posts few months ago how OiC gathered Timbo and Anony's dox via tipping them so he can receive their personal info. Because of people in chat mentioning it, he implied that he was speaking to lawyers and was doing stuff behind the scenes to handle it, and his stalkers are mentally ill idiots who think they know everything, and it's none of anybody's business. The usual. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a family friend who's a lawyer (Dave has some connections) who DSP asked for some non-legal advice.

I don't know what he could do this late, or what wouldn't show up on PACER, but I'm sure waiting until judgement was rendered is a strategy he learned in college.

He could continue his downward spiral and be fine if he would stop being so DSP and get his spending under control, but he refuses to do anything that goes against even a single one of his bad traits. Those monthly checks were covering his ass, and that's why he was worried after he got the boot. In Phil's world, he's not supposed to have to ACTUALLY worry about money while whaling away on either gacha or whatever the fuck else he happens to feel like wasting money on. He feels he deserves the comfort of having money to pay real bills with so he can be frivolous and spoiled with a relaxed attitude, like he did when he was young.

This stubborn insistence is going to end him. Not TIHYDP, not being "stalked and harassed", not YT, not Twitch, none of it. Just him being him.

Despite this, I'm 99% sure Phil wants his next PC to be a gaming PC. This is bat-shit insane since he's not a PC gamer. But even then, he could just a PC without a GPU and buy one later down the line if he wanted to.

He's been running with this story for years that mike watson reached out to him and apologized. Simple pig logic dictates that the chances of this being true end up entirely in the court of watson himself feeling like he was in the wrong because while disgruntled phil demands apology is a meme at this point, the chances of him actually starting shit with watson online about it behind the scenes are pretty slim.

We know the only opportunity that would appeal to phil to go after someone online would be after the individual has been dragged through the mud so he could stick the boot in publically. Watson hasn't been outed as a sex pest so this chance remains elusive. I've certainly never heard any alternative take from waston on phil being anything but "a total piece of shit". All the top players at that event only ever scoffed at the fact that phil put in his signature on the srk forums that after getting ahead in the shitty ps one port of the game that he was top ranked US super turbo player for the year.
