The only thing that may inconvenience him is the lack of internet and games. Exercise like... Walking around and stuff? Maybe they'll give him some cardboard boxes to lift in his cell. Not like he ever would do exercises on a voluntary basis.

I don't think he will get any special treatment just because he is well known. Look at people like Jared from Subway. I am also pretty sure someone is going to beat the crap out of Chris based on his crime because despite criminals being hardened people with a crap life a lot of them have a soft spot and appreciation for their mothers as their mothers were the only ones who ever truly loved them unconditionally. I think some prisoners will be personally angry and disturbed at him.

There’s almost zero chance Chris is in gen pop right now. He’s almost certainly in some sort of ad-seg or protective custody situation based on his crime and the fact that he’s Chris.

Removing even that: just his naturally pushy, dismissive, obnoxious demeanor alone. Now couple that with his shrill voice, his exaggerated laugh, his proclivity for singing and making unsettling noises, questionable hygiene and his inherent disdain for niggos and brute males in general..

Dang, Barb really is gonna outlive Chris.

But kidding aside, if by some miracle Chris beats these charges and walks, I think some people may try and hurt Chris. People don't like it when rapists walk free.

No. He won't get his tugboat while he isn't paying his own bills. Since he had the tugboat before, it's just a matter of filling out some forms and the SSA conducting a medical review to restart them.

Chris wouldn't be charged with CP if he had lolicon on his phone. Now if he had genuine CP then yeah, absolutely; but that'd mean someone sent it to him. Chris doesn't use TOR, a vpn and would already have been arrested for downloading it of the Dark Web because he'd type that shit into a Google search bar.

My guess is while they were going through his phone they found some truly heinous shit...or irrefutable proof that Bella and her smeghead fuckwits are culpable and this case is growing by larger by the minute.

I dk mate. It is only a class 5 felony. And If found guilty I actually do not see him spending one day in prison. They might straight up put him in a mental institution for 5 years or untill further notice.

Honestly, at this point I don’t think anyone would even be able to feel sympathy if someone hurt/killed him. Having sex with your own demented mother is the equivalent of having sex with a child you are taking care of. He preyed on the most vulnerable of our society, so why should anyone care if someone preys on him. At the very least I see some of the trolls taking a more aggressive and mean stance. “Hey it’s Chris walking down the road, circle back and I’m going to throw this milkshake at him” - “oh hey that’s the guy that raped his mom. Keep the car running, I’m going to hop out and beat his ass real fast”.

That's only if this goes through as a felony, if it's a misdemeanor Chris may still be eligible. Either way, he's still going to be stealing money from Barb.

A long ass stint in prison is the best possible outcome by far for Chris. He'll be housed, fed, medically cared for and given structure without having to adult for himself. All while being protected from anyone who wants to do him harm and being kept from the internet and phone keeping the weens from fucking with him. If he gets away with it he has nowhere to live, minimal income streams avaliable and now infamy even with the normies.

What the hell are you talking about? They arrested him on the second day of PO, it's clearly Barb's examination proved that intercourse indeed took place and that were not just ramblings of a sperg. If he had something on his phone we would've found out by now.

I personally don't think that Chris has CP, he was always very opposed to the idea of having sex with minors. Younger - yes, but still, always above 18. You can argue that he couldn't have sex with Barb either, but the more I read these threads, the more evidence I see that he didn't need anyone to push him into that, it was just a matter of time. Can't say the same about minors.
