POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

I don’t have a record, but can explain the general concept.

Jail is for shorter term stints, usually less than a year. It’s basically a bigger holding facility on your way to prison for those on longer sentences.

There are different types of jails / prisons out there with some different security levels and functions. For the average person a prison is going to be better living overall—it’s typically a bigger system with more amenities and more loopholes to exploit.
Yeah. Convicts are often relieved once they make the transition from jail to prison.

Jails are usually ran by the local Sherriff's office, meaning they only service a single county (although issues with crowding means the lines get blurred pretty often). They are meant as generic holding facilities which are constantly cycling through new people, as the terms are relatively short and those who have not been convicted are leaving to attend court or because they made bail.

Most prisons are ran by the state and the vast majority of inmates are serving multi-year sentences, which means prisons have the time and space to be much more complicated. It's easier for them to segregate inmates by security risk and nature of crime, and the facilities are set up with the assumption that the same groups of people will be there for a long time (there are COs and lifers who have both been in the same unit for decades). It's hardly a good living situation, but it's at least possible to settle in and establish a small degree of comfort, kind of like comparing a shitty motel room to one of those Japanese box hotels. It also helps that people are together long enough to establish reputations and a clear pecking order.

Jails can be much rougher than prison for these same reasons. Having fewer ways of splitting people up along with the constant movement makes it much more likely that you might run into a guy who is bad news whom you don't know to be afraid of yet, and because the people in there came straight from outside, offenders are still trying to process what is happening (there are also weird issues you wouldn't consider, like drug withdrawals).

We need to look back at all the things he did after that saga. I like that some people say that IG "broke" him and made him delusional, when the reason number one why he took their bait was that they played into his fantasies about CWCville that are older than any Chris's saga. He enjoyed that shit so much that he just couldn't let it go and hey, he had no reason to, since people began feeling sorry for him and kicking the autistic isn't as funny as kicking an insane person. Something tells me that Chris was way more lucid than we thought.
I know what my reaction is when someone tells me that I can be the Emperor of the Imperium of Battlestar Galactica.

Yes, he's made that abudantly clear

He at least had three or more dates with Barb.

I think you're way discounting the possibility that this could go exactly like DSP filing for bankruptcy did. Everyone who knew anything about DSP knew his filing was total bullshit and he was blatantly lying to the court, but the court still completely flubbed it and he more or less got out of it scot-free relative to the risk. There is never a zero percent chance any court completely botches something out of carelessness, sheer laziness or simply not wanting to deal with shit. There are no foregone conclusions at the moment.

Your comparison also really isn't equivalent.
What the fuck are you talking about? A fucking bankruptcy case is not even in the same field in any context compared to Chris raping his 79 year old, dementia ridden mother, and Ed Gein is likely the only case in the last hundred years that even comes close to Chris's situation.
Chris is not that insane, Chris is just a really stupid person. Even all the stuff about PC Godesses is a a larp by a manchild playing pretend for his own amusement, not an actual schizo hallucinating stuff visceraly beyond his own control

He is technically capable of functioning at a basic level like any other adult , he just doesn't want to, Chris is not even that autistic, as in, he can communicate, drive, book cross state travels, pay bills, etc, stuff usually people in the very low end of the spectrum can't do on their own.
Chris is that insane. Mentally insane people are perfectly capable of living outwardly normal lives, straight up schizos and psychopaths often go undetected for years because of their ability to fake normalcy.

Ed Gein is a perfect example of this. He was obsessed with his mother, a bachelor, thought heavily of wanting to transform himself into a woman, had unnatural fixations on fiction, and, after his mother died, managed to keep his family farm for several years after her death through odd jobs. People in his community were shocked that he could do the things he did, in interviews they told the press just how much of a dependable worker he was, how reliable, how trustworthy. He played with the town's kids often, bought them ice cream, told them stories He was able to immitate normal behavior enough that people thought he was harmless, a little weird, but harmless.

Over the years his family home was deteriorating, Gein filled the entire house with junk, he was a hoarder in every sense of the word. He kept a fucking coffee can next to his bed, on the same shelf with several human skulls, that he filled with chewed bubble gum, the can weighed over two pounds. He collected cereal box toys, comic books, and magazines, and stacks of all this garbage filled the place to such a degree that it took the cops weeks to clean the place out. Even so, he payed his taxes, collected a stipend from the state for a soil conservation program, paid all his bills in town, and owned two vehicles with registration fees paid. Crazy people can function in a normal sense if they're forced to.

How much of that sounds similar to Chris?

As I've done elsewhere, I'm including a PDF for a book titled 'Deviant' by Harold Schetcher. Anyone who actually takes the time to read it will understand immediately how similar Chris is to Gein. A lot of fags on here keep going on and on and fucking on about Chris going to big boy prison and how they can't wait for him to get beaten or raped, but it simply isn't happening. Chris is insane, his outward functionality is merely an illusion. Chris will spend his sentence in a mental facility, and that's where he belongs.

Chris has not yet been convicted. He is in pre-trial detention. This is neither jail (short term sentence) or prison (longer term sentence). He may be held at the county jail or in a separate pre-trial facility.

He will remain in pre-trial (assuming he doesn't make bail) until the disposition of his case.

He will most certainly be charged with other relevent offenses. Multiple counts of forcible rape, elder abuse, things like that. He most certainly caused physical injury to his mother (scuse me while I cry a little) indicating inability to resist.

He will most likely plead out. Neither side want him to go to trial for this.

He will not be found NGFRI. He will not be found incompetent.

He most certainly spilled his guts to everyone who'd listen. I hope one of them was his PD.

There are varying levels of "prison". He will be placed where he's least likely to be victimized by other inmates.

He will be a sex offender for the rest of his life. He's highly likely to re-offend if released.

He's going to spend many years in incarceration.

Stop feeling sorry for this piece of shit. Stop making up stories about his trial and what his life in prison will be like based on what you learned from TV.

Feel sorry for his victim. Maybe she's a piece of shit too, but she's still a ffrail 80 year old woman who was repeatedly and forcibly raped.

I'll personally rate myself MATI.

You're welcome.

edit: i suck at typing when I'm mad.
Well, you're asking us to turn our back on someone that's given us a lot of entertainment over the years and who we've grown to consider part of our internet culture....

I swear to god sometimes I feel like you guys are living in a different world. I wish reality was the way you guys think it is, but it is not. The world is a sickening place, rotten to the core and you have no idea of how bad things really are.
In Chris' case, I think justice is going to win out by pure laziness if nothing else.

I think Chris' state appointed attorney is going to look across at his client's dead, vacant eyes and come to the conclusion that they don't have time for this bullshit and convince Chris to take a guilty by insanity deal.

Both the judge and jury will be a mix of revulsion for his crimes and concern for upsetting the woke brigade. They'll likely agree the moment they hear it whilst maintaining faux impartiality.

Well, I guess we are to blame after all...

But I'd rather like to point out that somehow Chris while being "absolutely deluded from reality" didn't say "I, blue CPU Sonichu spent a nice Valentines day with my harem", no, he is still bitter about the stuff he was bitter even pre-trooning out.

Way less than you'd like to claim since Chris's never even tried to pretend to be normal.

It was just before he stopped though, so that's probably Chris starting to lose his faith in that delusion.

Some troll literally had to walk Chris out of that delusion.
Troll at HASBRO? Stop looking for trolls in anything Chris does. He wasn't above dressing like a cheap whore and taking hormones to prey on some lesbians, what makes you think he was above that?

Chris Chan would have to kill a nigger or spic to enter the aryan brotherhood, he ain’t going to do that so he’ll mostly likely suck cock for money on AB’s behalf.
I don't think he could pass ANY gang initiation. Ignoring he's white as talc he would probably die during a the MS 13 second beatdown. He sure as shit is incapable of giving somebody a buck 50 so the Bloods are out too.

God i know its the least likely thing on the planet but i hope they put him in genpop or at least segregation instead of solitary. Chris interacting with hardened criminals would be priceless.

If this comes out to be a troll op everyone is going to look foolish and certain websites are going to have a lot of unwanted attention

I don’t KNOW that he did this to barb. Yet.

I KNOW that he took money from her account like a complete moron, as if he were completely unaware of the situation

I KNOW that the moment he goes to prison he will try to chastise a cholo for being a “toxic brute” and he is going to be hurt.

EDIT: I was wrong. He did it

How long can they hold him without bond or an arraignment?

Their original position was likely justified because more charges were coming and - I’m sure this assumption isn’t controversial - that he needed a mental health evaluation.

But he needs to be arraigned on the original charge soon. You can’t just hold someone without bond indefinitely.
