Check the jails website, see what their covid visitation protocols are
I'm thinking this is correct, but I could be dead wrong.

It doesn't really sound like there is a rule as to who can visit.

Edit:
Actually, I don't think this is the jail he's in.

I believe OP. I could have saved him the call though.

Chris isn't going to a pod. He's going to sit in a little locked dorm room with a little window he can look outside of and read one of twenty books from the library until he goes to prison. People are going to come and conduct several different types of psychological interviews and make their recommendation to the prosecutor. Nothing is going to happen past arraignment for at least two months because this is a motherfucking criminal case about mother fucking involving an autistic man.

If idiots give him money for lols, the first $100 or so is going to cover his clothes and booking fees. Pretty much the only thing the weens can do now is write him letters (he might not be given them), and give him money to see how fat he gets buying snacks and cokes in his hamster cage.
We should throw some commissary money his way so he can get honey buns and q-sands.

not to powerlevel but regardless of anything chris will have to set up a visitation list that the jail will approve of before anyone can visit, its not just a show up and see him kinda thing

Does COVID isolation mean he's in solitary confinement or that he's with a bunch of other new inmates? I can not imagine solitary confinement going well for Chris Chan. At least he has Magi-Chan to keep him company I guess.

Sounds like you could get in to see him though if you got on his visitations list.

Edit:
The state's website says you have to contact the jail in question if it's a county or regional jail (which it is) in order to get on the visitor's list.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but may as well.
You wouldn't happen to know if Chris has been reclassified as a male, would you? Or was he classed as a male to begin with? I'm almost 100% certain I saw custody records of Chris that initially listed him as female, but yesterday and today I've seen images floating around where Chris is listed as male. Do you or anyone else know what the situation is with that? It's a small detail, but it's driving me nuts.

He's going to be held in solitary. I fear bail may be set at his actual hearing and that weens or the money that Null owes him for Patreon will be used for that bail. But aside from that possibility him being in jail is eventually going to run its course and It'll be another long lull of nothing significant happening. Maybe he may actually get some treatment behind bars, oddly enough as that sounds.

he was never classified as a female, that was just a rumor

Thanks for the info.
No, they actually can't. They have to charge him. Unless COVID has taken away our constitutional rights (well, it kind already has).
I thought he had been charged, with incest.

Also, I think the likelihood of him being raped is probably much higher if he gets held on the sexual deviant wing. It's kind of their thing innit.

Null shared some of his messages with CWC in another thread and i just thought this segment was weird.
Chris says: "The sex was consentual with Barbara."
Does he even realise why what he did was wrong?
TBH him telling Bella that he did this is a sign that he doesn't understand what he did is wrong. I think he really needs help and I don't see him being found guilty. Unless his lawyer is horse shit and or he pleeds guilty.

Okay here's the jail he's in visitations policy.

It's so hard to update the website to the 2010s at least.
