Why wouldn't they be admissible?

Private citizens sending evidence to the police so long as the evidence is true and honest (not faked screenshots) is 100% admissible even if the private citizen got that evidence through a crime (which they did not here). They'll be subpoenaing Chris' phone records including texts and getting all the data off his computers/ iPad / any vidya game systems that can connect to the interwebs. If those screenshots are true and honest they are admissible (or the information contained in them can be obtained by investigators in other ways with a warrant that will definitely be signed off on by a judge) and will be used against him in a court of law.

The SMS messages by themselves wouldn't stand up in a court as proof Barb got the duck. If Barb is lucid and claims it didn't happen(and isn't found to have dementia), or she's out of it but there's no physical evidence of assault, the defense could argue that Chrischan's mental capacity and frequent targeting by online individuals culminated in a false confession made in an attempt to gain approval from a woman. The optimistic side of me hopes that Chrischan was attempting to brag about having sex in order to "attract" a woman into having translesbian sex. Null receiving details that line up with Bella's information makes this unlikely, but I can also expect that chrischan was tarded enough to think bella was only going to leak minor details and was getting ahead of the rumors by talking to null.

Bella deleted a bunch of her messages and edited the call audio which already raises concerns about any evidence that could come from her of Fiona. For all we know the leaked content could just be part of some really elaborate roleplay considering Bella fetishizes incest. I do not think that's the case, but screenshotted texts of a small portion of a conversation can't disprove that. They need the entire thing, which will probably need to be obtained from Chris' phone or the phone company.

Proceeding to make some sort of warning that sounds like a threat, his attorney is gonna be pulling their hair out and telling Chris if he even cares that he's going to never see his home again for a long time.

Chris then shrugs off their lawyer and demands to prove their innocence using psychic evidence provided my Magichan who can prove their importance and innocence by stating that Barbiechan and her consummation was essential for the Dimensional Merge. Later down the trial Chris continues to chimpout when the Judge finally brings the hammer down and says that Chris is too far gone to be a normal individual without being locked up and in therapy.

Trolls get the final laugh as Chris is dragged out of court with massive tardraging and maybe the defensive spin-dash preparation.
