Chris court appearance

Chris clearly still doesn’t comprehend just how serious the situation is if this is how he’s acting on literally his first day in court.
He‘s been pretty good at denying it thus far, but whats going to happen to him if/when reality does manage to sink in?

I think the sheer overload of processing his new reality is gonna be too much for his mind to take. He literally won’t be able to handle the knowledge that he’s never going to see Barb, his home, or any of his toys ever again. He’s going to shutdown completely.
Let’s say he gets ten years, I would believe that he will be separated for most of those years since trannies/gays/ sex offenders usually get taken out of general population. For the first year, I can see him being in complete denial. I’m sure some troons will tell him that they’re fighting for him (even might make a go fund me so that they can get a lawyer) and that will keep him going…until some men start to threaten/beat him. He will break down like a little child and freak out. I can see him spending most of his time in the psych cell as well. He’s most likely will be alone by himself for the majority of his sentence.

Bronson was nicknamed "the most violent man in Britain." Chris isn't even a fraction of him.

True, but there is somewhat of a point to the comparison. Prisoners live a regimented lifestyle and the prison system demands strict compliance with that. Inmate discipline usually begins with restricting privileges. The more they restrict Chris, the more he will push back. That doesn't bode well for him and eventually could result in time added onto his sentence or a trip to adseg.

We now have 6 weeks to go until the next Chris happening.
Not sure if anyone else mentioned this yet, but Chris’ lawyer will almost certainly request another bond hearing be put on the calendar between now and the next court date, especially since he didn’t get a chance to speak with Chris before today’s hearing. Per the article, the judge basically already said he’ll grant a request for one.

Heilberg will meet with Chris in jail, try to figure out a realistic bond proposal based on Chris’ finances and living situation (lol) that he thinks the judge will accept. Whether such an acceptable bond agreement can be reached is a different question. (Electronic monitoring while living in a motel, maybe? Or a group home, maybe, if Greene County has good court social services lololol)

God save this court-appointed shit-tier defense attorney. The PD’s office owes him a cold one.

Edit: It’s ok, fellow Kiwis, we (probably) won’t have to wait 6 weeks until the next court tantrum drops.

"Chandler was arrested following a Friday, July 30, post on a web forum dedicated to her life in which texts and audio purported to be from Chandler describe a series of sexual assaults against an elderly, cognitively disabled member of her family."

Say it you fucking cowards. Say the name.
But I fucking love that he is held without bail. Could he even afford a 100k bail (or a down payment for the bail bond)?
I'm pretty sure it's against the law, or at least journalistic integrity, to publicly name a rape victim in the media

The hilarious irony is that Chris could probably pay for a bond if he were willing to sell the very toys he so desperately wants to be reunited with.

I'm a Eurofag . I remember standing queuing outside a video game store for the midnight releases of Fallout 4 (back when I was young and idealistic) and a random crackhead asked me why everyone was queuing and when I told him it was for a game he said that he didn't get why people liked them so much and if he wanted to sit all day playing a game he would of stayed in prison. So yeah I guess they do give them PS4s in prison.
In the United States you can buy more than just food from commissary
You can buy things like a TV or a radio or even video game consoles.
It depends what prison you're in and who runs it because in America it's an actual business which causes a whole host of issues but still in most prisons you can buy a game console depending on what you want and how much you're willing to spend.

My uncle is in prison and he has an Xbox 360 which buying from commissary typically cost 5 to 10 times more than it would on the outside market. You used to be able to buy things like GTA and cod but most prisons now have rules against violent games so if you're looking for a game now you will most likely get stuff like Sonic or Mario.

So Chris could potentially have video game system to play the only problem is affording it. He has no prison job which to be honest would take years to save up to get a game console and he has nobody on the outside world who will send him money on his commissary besides weens and YouTubers.

So my prediction is at first Chris will be living relatively okay maybe he will get a game console on the TV maybe he'll spend the money on food but either way I think he will be doing okay for a while until the weens get bored of him and stop sending him money.
