Chris court appearance

To be fair, can you really blame him? Weens have already stolen his license plate. If they manage to gain access to 14 BC while Barb is gone, you know they'll take as much of Chris' shit as they can carry.
Let them be hit with felonies as well. Then they can tell the judge "Well, all the people on /b/ and reddit rooted for me when I did it since it was Chris, so it's ok right?" and look just as retarded as Chris himself.
I am curious how the county police is handling this since there is no doubt in my mind that it will happen again, much like how it did when his house was set ablaze 8 years ago.

Not to be grim or anything, but i think he might actually commit sudoku in jail, thinking he "needs to leave this body behind to start the merge" or something? Or "His spirit will go to the pony dimension or some shit". I don't see him surviving it, he will have to do actual things like shower and such. He'll have to listen to people and won't get away with "i'm a trans dimensional pony sonichu goddess!!"

aha, great i can already sense the anxiety flooding his brain knowing that his toys are gonna get thrown into a dump. he must be feeling sick constantly thinking about his precious legos that are gonna get discarded like trash.
Worst case scenario, the Mexican contractors the bank hires to clean 14 BC take the toys/vidya and give it to their kids, not knowing how cursed they are.

Tugboat is gone while he's locked up, he'll have to reapply when he gets out.

Also some ween will probably give him commissary money to buy a tv/vidja if they're allowed in his prison.
I looked that up when Chris first got arrested and while that's true for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability I believe Chris is on Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) which means it gets suspended if he's in jail for more than a month but it gets reinstated once he leaves:
SSDI payments will also continue for a while, though SSDI rules are different from the SSI rules. You can receive SSDI benefits until you have been convicted of a criminal offense and spent 30 days in jail or prison.

This means that your payments will stop on the 31st day you are incarcerated after a conviction, no matter what day of themonth you were arrested.

For example, if you were convicted and went to jail or prison on March 3, your SSDI would stop on April 2.
If you are on SSDI, you remain on the rolls during your jail or prison term, no matter how long it is, even though the checks
stop. However, you do need to request reinstatement of your cash benefit.

Before the date you expect to be released you can ask to have your SSDI checks restarted. There is no pre-release procedure for SSDI as there is for SSI, but when jails or prisons have Pre-Release Agreements for SSI they can also use them to help SSDI recipients

So basically he won't need to reapply but you're right about not getting it while he's in there.

Chandler interrupted the proceedings saying “I’m famous on the internet” loudly, and then Heilberg told her not to speak until spoken to by the court.
He's not totally wrong but holy hell, the ego of this guy never ceases to amaze me. This whole proceeding sound so surreal i wish there was a video of this.

imagine the first time you get your toys taken away is going to jail in your late 30's.
Greene County is too small to employ a full-time public defender, so they hire private attorneys on a case-by-case basis for indigent defendants. Chris got very lucky, if he had committed the offense in any of his other historical locations (Charlottesville or Richmond city or Albemarle, Henrico, or Chesterfield counties) he would be stuck with the last-ranked affirmative-action admit in some law diploma mill class which is who typically staffs PDs offices. Instead he has someone who other people are willing to pay for criminal defense and is going to take this seriously.
this is like winning the lottery. chris will get the best plea deal possible if he doesn't force this guy away. which he is probably going to do when he isn't told what he wants to hear.
