Chris court appearance

Literally throwing a tantrum in court over his toys being taken away. Unimaginable.

Does anyone else remember Ulillillia? Came up on SomethingAwful around the same time as Chris did there. Similar issues, untreated mental health problems that went back to childhood, weird obsessions around video games, habit of oversharing personal details.

Dude's doing great now. Ignored the trolls, kept on doing his thing, and only talked to people who were nice to him. He's gotten jobs, moved out of his parents' house, and even finished his novel.

Coulda been Chris. Coulda been Chris...

Poor little Chris, no more Pokemans and Hedgehog games anymore, say goodbye to all those consoles as well, you're never going to see them again, including the rest of your toys, other possessions and abused neglected pets, good riddens you fucken idiot.
Actually do you think all of his shit will get TRASHED or will it get donated to a Goodwill or something? Theoretically he did have some VERY EXPENSIVE collectibles.

I'm sure Cole might be right about somethings but Cole seems to only hate Bob based on his outdated views on things and mostly hates him for being Barb's husband. By no means was Bob perfect but Cole himself seems like a bit of a sperg. Bob never seemed to have any ill will against Cole as evidenced when he talked about him to Emily.

Remember Cole literally has "world's smartest film critic" on his website. If that isn't a sign of DSP tier self centered douchebaggery I don't know what is.
We don't really know the whole story with him and bob. Most indications are that at the time Bob entered into Cole's life he was just the latest in a long chain of alcoholic sacks of shit that his mother brought home. I'm sure there's a whole history of conflict there that we aren't privy to.

Only a fraction of cases actually go to trial, plea deals are the crux and currency of the legal system, same as discretion is the unspoken underpin of policing.

Especially with a lawyer instructing the all-too-impressionable Chris what to do, I’m confident Chris will just listen to what he’s told and take a plea. It might mean probation, but that’s better than jail.
But that could all change based on psychological evaluation, and I’m also not sure how Chris’ tugboat neetbux work if he’s convicted of a crime. But that’s all really secondary, the important thing is that unless Chris’ autism infects his lawyer then none of them will be seeing the inside of a trial room.
I suspect he will be so pumped full of zombifying drugs a month from now he won't be recognizable.

Yet the fags who feel bad for Chris say he was incapable of changing. Chris could have stopped, he even tried to sometimes but his tard ego was too strong.

"I'm famous on the Internet".
No Chris, you're infamous.

One would assume that Chris being targetted from all angles would make him reconsider his atrocious choices, but of course he's too retarded and takes it as a sign of approval.

History is repeating itself. He's just as gullible and delusional as he was about a decade ago, and as a surprise to no one.

P.S. I know I misgendered him. I don't have the respect to give a shit.

No one can say this is surprising. Too bad we don't seem to have video though, sounds like he was finally trying to throw a fit. "What do you mean there's no toys in jail?!"
my sides
I want to feel bad but I just can't, This is fucking hilarious

Chris getting bail on September 16th probably mostly depends on Barb’s situation. If she is in a care home or with relatives and Chris won’t have access to her, there might be a chance he’ll get out.
Even with Barb out of the way, Chris is still a danger to himself and others. The dudes a calculating, unrepentant mother rapist looking down the barrel at actual real deal prison time. There’s no longer an upper limit on what Chris is capable of.
Couple that with his bleak prospects and prolonged obsession with a coming “doomsday”? Red flag city on this motherfucker. Chris is best behind bars for sure.

I've heard of some prisoners - though usually in Europe getting game consoles in their cells - possibly as a result of good behavior. Though I think this is unlikely to happen for Chris.
It is a standard option in many prisons, bought through catalogues or “canteens.” You can’t have one sent in from outside, nor is it likely to be the latest generation.

this seems plausible / the right pitch. A PS2 for £90, likely the only sanctioned choice.

Welcome to America, the cops often get mentally ill people to confess to all sorts of crimes, many of them made up or just cold cases they need solved. They fucking love retards like Chris who are too stupid to keep their mouth shut.
If he didn’t say anything he might’ve walked, depending on what the rape kit said, if they even processed it.
im aware that courts will gladly let you self-incriminate til the cows come home (as ive stupidly done in traffic court lmao), but this feels wrong on some level. i can understand cops lying to chris about this (as theyre legally allowed to do in every jurisdiction thanks to SCOTUS), but a judge and a public defender allowing someone who is visibly, audibly, and otherwise absolutely incapable of even attempting to take the situation seriously seems willfully ignorant of a persons right to a fair trial. cornell law claims that "[the Court] must find that the absence of that fairness ("as applied to a criminal trial, denial of due process is the failure to observe that fundamental fairness essential to the very concept of justice)" fatally infected the trial". i cannot, as much as i loathe and disapprove of chris' actions, believe that he can fairly represent himself in any court under any charges given his absolute inability to comprehend or experience reality. afaik cornell doesnt weight in on the subject of a defendants cognative inability to self denfense in the legal system, but surely it should be a consideration, regardless of how guilty chris likely (definitely) is.

I can see him introducing himself as the famous well known loved chris-chan in the yard, just to get his ass kicked. Im sorry, but the courts do not care about chris being a weirdo online.
