Derek "Diana" John Johnson identifies as, as far as I can tell, trans "bigender," as he has a "masc" and "femme" name but usually introduces himself as Diane. Because he looks exactly like how you would picture a Diane to look.
Derek makes >5 minute vlog videos in which he essentially reads aloud from lefty Twitter and poses the opinion as his own. The effect would lead you to believe that maybe every stupid person on Twitter probably looks and sounds like this guy. And you would be right, because this is his twitter (I don't know why his name is Brendan there)

Antidepressants effects are mostly the same as a placebo. So HRT acting as a placebo in the same way isn't surprising because neither of them are actually treating depression.
