Chris court appearance

I've always wonder how many of them use their tugboats on toys, or at the very least a substantial amount of it. Chris isn't exactly your average sped so it's not good to use him as a barometer imo.
Well, Nate Spidgewood spends his time screaming at admins on Wikia. There's a community of retarded coomers. And there's the Pokemon TCG autism...

This is 100% going to bite Chris in the ass in the very near future. Not only is he making himself a completely unlikeable asshole in front of the judge. He's making it obvious that he's far more worried about his toys than his elderly, dementia-ridden mother. There's not an ounce of regret, remorse, or any signs that he even understands what the fuck he's done wrong.

Sure, this case was already absolutely not going to be easy for him from the start, but Chris seems determined to make it as hard as possible. Shine on, you crazy sperg.
I think him showing the judge how mentally ill he is will probably be the best thing for him. Not because it will help him get out, just the opposite in fact. It's because it will more securely be grounds for him being involuntarily committed and finally be in a place where he can't hurt anyone and might finally have some structure in his life. He's needed to be in a group home or asylum for decades, but there was no reason for a court to ever intervene.

One thing to note from the article about the arraignment... Chris's lawyer didn't meet him until just before court. That means that Chris didn't ask for a lawyer while he was being questioned.

youve never been interrogated by law enforcement.

if the cops are fixing to interrogate you, when they ask you if you’d like to invoke your right to counsel or whether you’d rather talk to them to help “get this all sorted out”, if you invoke your right to counsel, if you ask for an attorney, they’re not going to walk out of the room and get an attorney for you. That’s not how it works. They’ll come at you a few more times trying to break you but if you stick to “I want a lawyer”, they’ll eventually give up and send you on to County Jail where you can call a lawyer with your one free call, or call your family collect from the phone in the pod and have them find you a lawyer. You probably wouldn’t end up meeting that lawyer until your arraignment and if you couldn’t afford a lawyer amd needed one appointed, the arraignment is where you’d be meeting that lawyer as well.

with all that said, I agree that Chris spilled his guts in the first 5 minutes, and then just kept talking and talking.

I imagine Chris will literally return to the house if he goes to jail, survives, and is released.

Now that's a saga I don't want to happen yet it seems so good.
The joke will be on him; chances are by the time he gets released from wherever he ends up, 14 BLC will have a new owner. I hope whoever buys the place gets advance notice of Chris’ release and hires security.

It is you guys here on this website who are actively destroying an innocent and vulnerable life. It is so sad the torture you have done to this boy who just wants to be loved.
As you should know, we have many jerkops in the field to arrest Chris for false and dishonest crimes. We also have social workers and judges on our side to create false evidence and imprison the True Hero of this story. And you know what, we'd arrest him again too! Now if you'll excuse me, I have a delicious wooden badge waiting to be eaten.

Not to be grim or anything, but i think he might actually commit sudoku in jail, thinking he "needs to leave this body behind to start the merge" or something? Or "His spirit will go to the pony dimension or some shit". I don't see him surviving it, he will have to do actual things like shower and such. He'll have to listen to people and won't get away with "i'm a trans dimensional pony sonichu goddess!!"
nah hes way too selfish and pussy to do something like that

If/When Chris goes to prison, I feel so bad for the poor CO that is gonna have to put up with Chris and his meltdowns and delusions.

Just imagine it's a (relatively) quiet day in prison when the officers are making their rounds, when all the sudden the most shrill and autism filled scream fills the block. When the officers get to the source of the noise, they find Chris pounding on the walls of his cell, screaming about some gay brony shit while covered in shit.

Its gonna be some creepy silence of the lambs shit.

So this was just a preliminary hearing, about bond and stuff- Do we know when the actual trial/sentencing is?

Chris's lawyer must be wanting to neck himself, right about now, the poor fucker.

anders brevik (is that the right spelling) got in one of those

Man, that's it, that's all he'll know, literally forever. I don't even remember what he was trying to prove, just that the jail couldn't handle the volume of christmas cards he got one year. At least it looks like he has cables, cords and tie off points.

SSI (Suplemental Security Income) was specifically created for people that had never worked and never will. It's administered by the social security administration, but it isn't social security disability (SSDI). Someone figured out that giving a section 8 landlord a voucher, $100 in SNAP and a representative payee doling out $700 was cheaper than institutions. It's means tested like SNAP.
Yeah, but at least it's not as retarded as Chris claiming that it's funded by his local sales taxes or something.

I guess the first award could come in the form of a large novelty check that explains to people that their money comes from the federal general revenues and a listing of what that entails.
