My thoughts immediately jumped to stealing Fiona in a sexual sense, since Bella has claimed to be a lesbian, but this is the much more likely answer. She probably hates Fiona on the principle that she has autism (which Bella TOTALLY doesn't have guys, seriously) and wants her to suffer/die in a similar manner to CWC.

AFAIK watchmen broke up, IBJ was with Praetor, I thought they wanted to actually have a con and sell things and provide safe entourage.
