While it is unlikely that Isabella Janke will be federally prosecuted for drawing child pornography, I cannot rule out the federal prosecution of Isabella Janke for drawing child pornography. Should this occur I presume we will be informed by a news article, the headline of which will most likely read:

Texas Tech University Student, and Texas Tech University Chess Club member, Isabella Janke arrested and facing federal charges for drawing child pornography.

Just finished both audios from @gungann and it’s basically what he said: ILJ, him and Fiona talking.

Things to note
  1. ILJ is talking very fast and getting very defensive at Gunganns (implied) probing at whether she is into incest [in regards to why she sat on the info for Chris]
  2. ILJ repeats herself many times and deflects, saying that she responded “understandingly” to Chris’ interest of incest because “I wanted to get him to talk- that’s how he responds”
  3. ILJ denies any ulterior motive beyond getting Chris to talk about the incest and says she [para.] “was thinking about how to leak it as soon as he told her”
  4. ILJ plays dumb to Gungann about her knowledge of Christory, which is disproved by her Reddit and Discord
Nothing really too noteworthy but ILJ seems to only had let a few know about her trolling plans in its entirety and that the endgoal was Chris’ suicide.

For shits and giggles I dug around and tried looking up info on the Ariel Trinity Lassa that died almost certainly by Isabella Janke's hands and there's pretty much nothing out there; a few hits about Texas Tech lowering its flag to honor her death (which occured March 11 2021) on April 29. Then 2 weeks later, the school 'conveniently' wants to research their chess discord? I also did a little digging on the Roman Konopa that showed up in a letter about some kind of confrontation between him and Louis. You're quite welcome. I also should have mentioned that Isabella Janke, should she be federally charged and convicted for drawing child pornography, would as a result of her conviction for drawing child pornography be potentially required to register as a sex offender.

If in fact Isabella Janke, after a federal conviction for drawing child pornography, were required to register as a sex offender it would then be accurate to state that

Isabella Janke is a registered sex offender.

I imagine that Isabella Janke, registered sex offender, would no longer be welcome at Texas Tech University or at meetings of the Texas Tech University Chess Club. This would be due to the status of Isabella Janke as a registered sex offender.
