I've been kind of on the fence about Nader. He sounded like a douchebag and even a dirtbag, but we only had her word for it plus whatever we could speculate on. When she very dramatically told us she was addicted to cocaine, and then when she very disingenuously started asking if anyone was in an abusive relationship (Just asking; not talking 'bout herself of course), he did seem like an extreme case of the worst kind of man you find at the bottom of the deck of the trashiest of dating sites. But I almost wanted to stick up for the guy because all the ninnies in her audience were so up in arms about him, clutching their pearls and fainting. My general rule of thumb is when they're against something, I'm for it.

However, after watching these latest vids from the bachelor pad, I think we've got to know him a lot better, and he really does seem like scum. Chantal really does look afraid of Nader I agree she looked on the verge of tears toward the end, and the finger-snapping thing was obnoxious. He lives in what looks like a quintessential junky pad. And when she was busy holding the tears in, it sounded like he sat right next to her and started doing some lines or something.

Ever the equivocator, I will just mention that she also looked very afraid of Malan that time she ate all his food and was waving that knife around, so maybe she always looks terrified when someone is about to scold her. I suspect a dressing-down from anybody mortifies her, which is why she is also such a comment zapper.

But the evidence seems to be in. Not only is he a dirtbag, he also really is pretty mean and he sure does seem to do a lot of drugz. So, I'm onboard with what seems to be the consensus now. And I can't blame her family for seemingly noping out of the whole situation, but I can blame Clotso for being dumb enough to get everybody into such a mess,

One thing they have in common though is they both burst out in song instead of having a conversation. And I bet they really do try to outdo each other with farts. So, even though the guy scares her and makes her cry, she's all in; she found her perfect match.

Even the first part of this live, ostensibly when she's in a good mood, has a whipped puppy vibe. She keeps looking up at him nervously, especially when, as the shadow shows us, he's standing.

Things take a really odd turn at 5:25. At that point, she's just announced that "we" have a surprise. He mumbles something, she says: "No?", then mutes. Watch her eyes - a look of what I interpret as stunned shock combined with fear, (?), flashes across them & they widen. Remarkable that it's so clear, even from the side.

It takes several minutes of deflecting & dissembling until she comes up with the surprise being magic tricks. Um... even kids at a party for 5 year old kids would have felt let down - too much build up for so much lame.

To me, it looks like he firmly shut down something she was dying to say. If I want to be conspiratorially speculative, I'd suggest, she was going to "brute force" a living together situation by simply announcing it in her live, he somehow figured out that was what was going on & found a way to verbally shut that down. Either that or, they are moving in together & he simply doesn't want it spoken about yet.

If she does go live from her home tomorrow, the narrative might be interesting.

Really depressed and high suicide risk people always have their game face on and never talk about it and when it's time they just do it without crying out for help or sympathy.

This is a very dangerous myth, and one that every suicide and depression counselor debunks first. Suicidal people absolutely often try to talk to others about it, allude to it, or reach out for help in some way. I found it troubling when she said that Peetz had taken time off of work because he was depressed. As you've said, he's far from normal or well adjusted. This, to me, was a serious sign of his mental decline. Since then she's made several flippant comments about his mental health that have made me not only cringe but audibly gasp when I heard them. She belittles his mental state while talking about how depressed she is, ostensibly over Nader. It would not surprise me if this would drive Peetz even farther into depression given how much he has supported her when others were attacking her and going to him to try to start drama. Chantal is one who will fake a suicide attempt to get attention and asspats. Peetz is one who will do it and give no warning. He is the type that will be found by someone. The signs are there for those who have lost someone to that kind of thing. Chantal ignores some and outright mocks others. I loathe the man, but have found myself loathing her more. While I hope that those in Chantal's life walk away and leave her in her crack den, I hope someone in Peetz's life sees what he's going through somehow and gets him help. Obviously it won't be his "best friend" but he does have a brother. Having to work from home while living with Chantal was probably the worst thing that could ever happen to him, now he doesn't even have coworkers who could see his decline and reach out.

The guy isn't working because his depression has gotten so bad. He is on antidepressants (or was), he is asking for help in some shape or form. He has made his mental state pretty known at least to a point. His depression has been documented on Chin's channel multiple times. "I wish you'd block me in real life" was an interesting and weird statement out of his mouth if you look at it from the perspective of someone with depression.

There was a stream where Peetz declared he showered. Personal hygiene can be absolutely fucked due to depression. That shower could have been his accomplishment for the day. Genuine crippling depression can be exhausting and lead to complete apathy, he might be at that point where he is just existing day by day and his days are probably blurring into one. Let's be real, he was probably existing day by day for a long time, now though he has no job so even that semblance of purpose is completely gone.

Zero routine, zero reasons to leave his room beyond getting to the kitchen. A bit of hand holding to get him professional help should be the priority but Egyptian dick is reigning supreme for the time being. Yes he is an adult and should be looking after himself, he has been by and large looking after himself. He has been locked away in a single room only coming out sometimes for over a year.
