You can litterally rape, torture to death, cook and eat multiple little girls after killing their parents, and you will still get bascially confinement to the regular appartment. Brewik has his own TV, sofa, library and other comforts.

Okay so, going off on a tangent here: I don't know how bad Barb's mental state is. Does Barb need to press charges in order for Chris to be charged with sexual assault? I'm just wondering if, because she is an adult, if she says it was consensual (to protect him) then can the state actually charge him with rape? I'm wondering if that's what's prolonging the investigation. Maybe she's protecting him and they're trying to prove that she's not right in the head.
