Man, this shit is fucking crazy and we're just at the start of all the legal procedures involved. I hope this place survives the flood of newfags this event is bringing in.
 
Depending on Barb’s mental it may or may not be rape regardless if she “enjoyed” it as a person with severe dementia (if indeed it isn’t an act for pity bucks in begging videos) can’t legally consent to sex.

It is the same as when a 40-something high school teacher fucks a 14 years-old student; she may have instigated it, and greatly enjoyed it, but it is still statutory rape because she’s not able to consent to sex.

As for Chris, he’s pretty much screwed: he shows via the leaks that he understands his mother saying no etc but he continues anyway. He’s not a retard with no concept of consent.

If Barb was legally competent, she’d be back at 14BC by now, unless she’d been arrested and charged with incest as well, there’d be nothing preventing her. In fact, if Barb was legally competent, she would have been at Chris’ arraignment. There wouldn’t be any additional charges pending and she’d be pushing Chris’ lawyer to try and get bail set so that she could get Chris home.

None of that has happened and that’s because Barb isn’t legally competent.

If I were Barb i wouldn’t try to play the madness card, that would only fuck up Chris even more, because if they prove that Barb is mentally not here, then she is not able to consent about the barbussy, therefore it would be 100% true and honest Rape, whatever the situation is, I don’t see Chris coming home until 2022

Agree. Who the fuck really knows what went on between those two.

Even if he did rape her, Barb will probably do what Chandlers do best and come up with excuses.

He might have diddled her, maybe even without consent, but she sure as heck won’t throw her little boy and only human company for the legal wolves.


As for dangerous to Barb? I’m pretty sure she realizes they’re not going to go all out and throw the book at an 80 year old.

Unless the judge is the most hardassed of degenerate hating hardasses, he’s not going to throw an 80 year old in the slammer.

(Especially for an offense that carries a penalty of what... Up to one year in jail?)

This is why the law is being specially autistic. You can tell a law is unfair or unnecesary when not even the "victim" wants it to be applied.
This is why schrodinger's consent laws (the victim consents but at the me time doesn't consent cos the judge says so) are fucked up.

So how will the Sonichu series conclude now that Chris-Chan's saga is coming to an end? Any particular plot twists?
 
Chris is still little boy with the body and sex drive of an adult male. Deep down inside he is still a manchild.
Not surprisingly the first things he thinks of are about his toys.
He doesn’t care about his mother nor his father. He doesn’t care about anyone except for himself. The only time he gets scared of is when Bob was still around and his fear of punishment from the authorities. Would Chris come to reality knowing that none of his toys will be waiting for him when he finishes his prison sentence.
