So, I've now read this thread from beginning to end.
It's... a lot.
And I say this without evidence but I know -- I know in my
bones -- that things are going to get much, much worse. She's losing control and she's not going to like it. Something will have to give.
Her eyes are just so... Dead.
So in a number of threads people have asked me about legal liability for Isabella Janke. After reading this thread, specifically the parts about Isabella Janke, I think this is a good place to address potential legal liability for Isabella Janke.
Regarding the potential legal liability of Isabella Janke, I still don't really think there is any despite her role in this mess. I think the primary liability for Isabella Janke is going to be social liability and employment liability, because anybody who looks into Isabella Janke is going to learn what a terrible person she is.
But while I'm discussing legal liability as it pertains to Isabella Janke, it would be remiss of me not to mention that Isabella Janke draws shotacon/lolicon pictures. When Isabella Janke does this she is violating Federal law, specifically
18 U.S. Code § 1466A
Notably, the Federal law that Isabella Janke is violating when she draws her nasty cartoon kiddie porn specifically addresses the fact that it is not a required element of the law that the minor being depicted actually exist, meaning that Isabella Janke cannot use the fact that the cartoon kiddie porn which Isabella Janke draws features only fictional children as any kind of defense.
While it is unlikely that Isabella Janke will be federally prosecuted for drawing child pornography, I cannot rule out the federal prosecution of Isabella Janke for drawing child pornography. Should this occur I presume we will be informed by a news article, the headline of which will most likely read:
Texas Tech University Student, and Texas Tech University Chess Club member, Isabella Janke arrested and facing federal charges for drawing child pornography.
She will never face a single consequence. The legal arguments are weak; even the CP stuff is unlikely to result in much, as you say. Meanwhile, Daddy has money, and is probably a psychopath himself, who will be only too willing to get her a job in his military contracting outfit. As for social consequences, she has no friends as it is -- she bitches about the mean gorls at school not liking her -- and her sad little band of wannabe serial killers barely qualify. She likes them because they're useful to her and/or inflate her ego. Because she's not smart. She's not even as slick as she thinks she is. Manipulating bored, rich, angsty teens who want to be badasses is about half a step up from manipulating a delusional autistic man who really thinks he's a goddess. But when you're Isabella Janke, that counts as an achievement.
The troubling part is that she might not be too stupid to learn from this, and yet, I'm not extremely worried; she has no reason to improve and lack of consequences isn't going to change that. Even our little thread here won't be enough for her to really realize she's fucked up. She's got quite a bit in common with Chris, actually, in that I would bet my eyeteeth she'd never faced a consequence for her bad behavior before. I'm sure Daddy's had to get her a lawyer before. I'm sure there have been missing pets, shoplifted makeup, scars on her legs, terrorized neighborhood children growing up. Given her proclivities, I wonder what else she has in common with Chris, especially when it comes to parents.
Also, like Chris, she's never had to be competent or smart. I wonder how she ended up at Texas Tech.
Someone said earlier that she's terrified of possibly being autistic. I'd add she's also terrified of possibly being trans, of being independent, and of being found out for being really mediocre in every possible way. I realize all narcissists are like that, but there's a whiff of something desperate about her that makes me think there's just a tiny trace of self-awareness there, and on some level, she knows she's ugly, unintelligent, and just overall meh.
She belongs in a cage. It's fine to say she's not smart and can only do limited damage, but the limited damage she can do must necessarily be done to the most vulnerable people she can find. Her lack of skill and general intelligence isn't a redeeming quality, actually.
