That would depend on if he claimed Unemployment or not. To my knowledge, he hasn't. What he told Cassidy in October was explicitly to get out of paying Child Support + Arrears. That won't get you arrested in most states unless you make a crazy amount (i.e. over $100K/yr) but if proven beyond a reasonable doubt (which I think I got him nailed on) he would definitely be facing heavy fines on top of being requested to pay CS + Arrears. It also would tarnish his standing in the case even further (if that's even possible). We already know he's only allowed Supervised Visitation which is BAD but this?

The problem is that he lied about being unemployed to the judge so he'd keep all his money. I'm gonna have to go back and crunch the numbers again but all things considered, I feel like he should have a sizeable nest-egg stashed away.

• He's still doing the same shit he did in Washington Heights where he crammed a shit ton of people into the house in order to pay as little rent as possible
• He's not even LIVING at the house half the time as Oakdale is a substantial drive from Fremont
• He's usually over at mommy or daddy's (mostly daddy's) as they live in San Jose, meaning that he's reduced a significant amount in travel expenses (17 mi compared to 75 mi)
• If I had to go out on a limb, daddy's probably feeding him from time to time too meaning he won't have to spend as much on food
