Whenever I feel a bit of sympathy for Chris I remind myself of this, as well as the fact he tried to get Null to murder someone for him.

For those who think Chris-chan is an asshole, I think they're misinterpreting him. His actions can seem that way, but he really doesn't have a malicious character.

Nah, even way back Chris was a malicious little shit. Remember the PaRappa contest? How he threw an absolute tantrum when Adam Stackhouse won? He bitched at Sony to disqualify the three winners and when he wouldn't calm down he caught a temp ban from their site. He then made a fake Sony webpage claiming the Adam was disqualified and that he [Chris] was the actual winner. Complete with apology for the inconvenience. When that didn't work he printed a picture of Adam and his little sister and shot at it with his toy gun.

It comes off as comical because he's inept. Add even a smidge of competence and it'd of been actually disturbing.

But his impulses don’t explain his dishonesty. Chris chose to lie, that was a rational decision, not impulsive. He looked at what he had done (twice) logically, weighed it against societal norms, and concluded that it was so beyond acceptable behaviour that it was worth lying about. That's maybe too optimistic. I read someone's post about this whole thing and they said something along the lines of how interesting it'd be if Chris actually had some awakening in jail of like "Oh shit, what have I done with my life" and the likes, but I think we're all very much aware Chris will have some weird explanation/excuse for all this. I think it'll all depend on what kind of punishment Chris gets. If it's merely a slap on the wrist in terms of what he could really get, then Chris will not learn. If he actually gets hit with a long jail term, then MAYBE. I guess that's kind of the beauty to this saga. The true unknown effect this could have long term.

He has a bizarre logic and morality, distorted around his personal ego and id, much like a funhouse mirror. This leads to him being simply being incongruent with the real world more than anything. His patent disregard for the culture, society, and reality surrounding him lead to various results, some ridiculous, some very harmful (like the latest saga). But that's who Chris is. He's not someone who uses his powers for evil, rather, he's inept to the point that he doesn't realize when he's wrong.

I expect some to disagree, but keep in mind, this really does explain alot of his antics. Everything from the attraction signs and his conflicts with Jerkops, to Mary Lee Walsh, to wasting his welfare checks, etc. As for the latest saga, I think his desperation for sexual intimacy overcame natural barriers like the Westermarck Effect, and he simply molested the most convenient female person. As always, it's about him, and his short-term wants, he is simply incapable of thinking beyond this.

Even from the very beginning with Megan and Kacy Chris has been acting in a sexual assaulting if not genuine rapist manner. By all means try and defend that.

Yeah, I've read all the theories what the sentence might be. Suspended probation seams to be the most likely, but he could get a light sentence. After all currently the charges are only Incest. Gross but not fucking your mom levels fucked.
