I have been watching this thread with extreme interest for the past week, regarding this atrocious incident involving Chris. After reading another user’s post about needing financial details to fully connect Bella to her abuse of Chris, I realized that it would be somewhat difficult for Kiwi Farms users to produce this evidence. Logically, without some form of extreme efforts from the Kiwi Farms users, the only organization that could produce this evidence is the FBI.

Under Federal hate crime laws, Chris, a legally mentally disabled adult, is protected by the FBI. The Feds have the authority to investigate alleged crimes against him. Especially those motivated by prejudice.

Judging by the amount of hateful content posted in the Texas Tech Chess Club discord. It seems safe to say that there is more than enough evidence to suggest that Bella and her friends have conspired to commit a hate-motivated crime against Chris. Codes 63.2-1603 of Virginia law

I would encourage the people compiling evidence on Bella to contact the FBI and report a potential hate crime against Chris when they feel comfortable doing so. If it turns out that Chris was compelled by this girl to commit this crime against his mother, She deserves to go to Jail for a very long time.

Harassing the FBI and Virginia protective services is a bad idea, but I want to note that Chris has legal rights and protections. It appears to me that there is enough evidence to kickstart a full FBI investigation into Bella. Chris Chan’s lawyer and the prosecution also have a right to know this information.

No, typically what happens is that they'll be put on academic probation and/or "suspended" pending an investigation. They don't just get thrown out. Maybe a community college does, but as you climb the ladder of prestige to better and better schools, the more and more protocols and systems and rule-sets exist to handle academic/moral issues involving students on campus. There'd be an inquiry, and an internal investigation, and the school may or may not turn over evidence to the police if it's juicy enough. The only time this is not the case is if a crime has occurred, and then usually the accused isn't expelled until they're convicted unless the crime would reflect negatively on the institution.
