My guess: They were the first group vaccinated and if the effectiveness is wearing off, we would see it more with this group, as 69+ is the band where people pop their cloggs naturally, and may not be living long enough to see the vaccine wear off in big numbers.True, but there's still a massive gap between the 60-69 and every other group. It seems odd and I'm wondering if there are any theories to account for that.
Other people have said provide the source, i want to know the time frame of the 97%. Is it 97% of all people who have caught covid since last year are unvaccinated?97 percent of deaths in the USA from Covid are from unvaccinated currently.
I've called you out on this before. As soon as somebody questions you, you go straight to "hurr durr flat Earth" nobody outside of glowies and pin-pullers believe flat earth is real.Oh you guys are so retarded.
Its like talking to Flat Earthers.
Because the sources we post are often from NHS or CDC's own stats. The sources you read are "Trust me bro, i'm a science journalist"There are plenty of doctors making headlines in most states urging people to get vaccinated and are reporting the figures of those who have and have not been vaccinated that are hospitalized and dying. Why would I quote a source that without a doubt, you'll simply say isn't so?
Unironically, there is no source for the moon landing, as NASA taped over it.Whats next, "Got a source for the moon landing?".
Anecdotal report from France, where the passport takes effect for restaurants on Monday but is already in effect for dance floors. Last night (Friday night) I was at the largest, most popular guinguette (summer-only resto, bar, and dance hall, 100% outside) in the region. Typically It is packed all night, every night for the whole season. We were allowed to eat and drink, but dance floor was with vax QR code only.
The place was half full. All night. On a Friday.
It will be very interesting to walk past that parking lot on Monday evening to see how full or empty it is. this Region is touristic and the folks I know (b&b owners etc) who rely on the industry were having a surprisingly normal summer until the passport was announced. I think they’re about to lose most of their customers. I feel bad, but perhaps they should have spoken up during the months and months they were recently forced to close, it’s not like they had anything better to do.
I've said a few times that this vaccine passport is going to disappear by December. Come October, the West starts to hit its' stride with holiday festivals: Halloween, Burns night, oktober fest, bonfire night and then a shit load of Xmas markets. If you can't attend any of those without vaccination proof, the vast majority wont attend, and those places will lose a shit load of money.
For a double-whammy of economic stupidity, most people have learned to drink and celebrate at home, in their home made bars, which they made during lockdowns. If going to a crowded, overly-expensive event because a pain in the arse, people will just stay home with friends, where it's cheaper.
Man i cannot wait for the headlines of "unvaxxed should be able to attend XYZ, and here's why that's a good thing"
