TGWTG The Spoony One / Spoony / Noah Antwiler and Rachel Baker / @RaeAngel07 - The touching romance between a washed-up videogame reviewer throwing a decade-long pity party and his delusional Canuck stalker. #weaknotsick #donttellmehowtosulk

He is right to be ashamed. I just looked at the pics, and this is a really nice house for a reasonable price.
Even after April left, if he just had a schedule of his shitty livestreams with some vlogs in between, he would have been able to afford it.
Or could have gotten a roommate who could have helped with payments.
As pathetic as he already was, he still had the option to make a living out of his simps, it would have just taken something like a 10 hour workweek of sitting on his ass playing vidya on camera or rambling about movies like a crazy hobo.
Now he is in his 40s, unemployable, with a very toxic online footprint and a formerly loyal fanbase that now hates him for being such a cunt.
I don't know what Miles or his parents can even do at this point to get him to turn his life around without him just dying in the gutter.
Americans love a comeback. If he wises up and comes back with a humble attitude and starts uploading regularly he'll get a lot of his fans back soon enough. He's such a miserable cunt, though, as in it's his default setting, that I can't see him doing that. He'll just keep lashing out and wallowing in misery until he ends up in a shelter next to Rachel's.

Honestly, if that house wasn't in Illinois, I'd be tempted to buy it myself. That looks like a really nice home.

I shudder to think what he's done to it though.

I've said it before, but still - I would love to know the state of the house after he gets evicted, preferably with pictures. Doubt he is hoarding, since it would take actual effort, but that he is taking a good care of his place I doubt even more.

Forget the house, the smart money would be all the nerd shit he will probably leave behind when he leaves... the bank will probably take any offer to clear it out, and some of his more rare games and memorabilia are worth a pretty penny if you know how to sell them.

AKA you get pics of the inside and it would pay for itself a few times over. Only thing better than lols, getting to make money getting them.

From the looks of it, the place is already wiped clean. Who knows if his stuff was taken, sold, or thrown out. If he ever shows up online again, I doubt he'll explain what happened at all. A short sale typically means the place is emptied and minimal cleanup done. For the price they're asking I shudder to think of what might buy it. The property value of that entire area must be shit now. Looking on the Zillow page, it's all pretty miserable.

Spoony was never leaving behind his mountains of nerd shit. It probably makes up 80% of his possessions. Any effort he put into moving was probably spent boxing up his D&D books, etc.

That he has thousands of dollars worth of D&D books is the funniest thing to me. He hasn't had a game in years because he was such an insufferable cunt that noone wanted to play with him. The one time he streamed a D&D game as a DM he fucked up completely.
He almost TPKd his players on the first encounter, sperged out about bees and never finished the game. Kinda problematic to be into a hobby that needs social interaction if you are a self absorbed asshole.

I think his collection has sentimental value to him which is why he won't sell any of it. He's had some of those books since he was a teenager. I can actually understand that.

I'll give warthog some respect for taking better care of her mental health than Noah. Although that's not that difficult, obviously.
I think she was facing the streets, suicide, or hospital. Problem is the hospital won't house you for that long. They'll usually just do it until your insurance runs out in a few weeks in the US, not sure how long she can stay for free in leafland.

As far as the house... if anyone ever had any sympathy for Spoony, let it end here. That's a beautiful house. 4 beds, modern kitchen, granite countertops, 3k square feet.

While it depends on the house/state/realtor, a lot of places don't come sold with washer, dryer and other appliances. So those are probably his and left behind.

All in all? Pretty palatial, especially for a one guy and his girlfriend.

All he had to do was crank out occasional videos to keep the Patreon pity bucks coming and he could have been relatively set for life.

Instead, he moped until he'd pissed everything away.

I can't muster a drop of pity for the scrub. Enjoy mommy's basement Spoony!

It varies, but if you are believed to be a threat to yourself or others you can be held in a psych ward for observation for up to, I believe, 14 days.

There are other resources that are available for free/cheap. Local Distress/Crisis centers or the local health authority can offer short term counseling, something like 4-6 free sessions. There are free group therapy options available in larger urban areas. There are church-based counseling services, some of which aren't religious-based. There are resources available.

In terms of long term solutions, unless she's posing an actual, real risk, she's going to most likely be on her own.

The thing that I find strange with Warthog is that there are resources available if she is legitimately as disabled (sorry, #strongnotweak) or whatever as she claims to be. I say disabled, because no normal, able-bodied person 'falls down' as much as Warthog does. She falls out of bed, she falls walking to the bathroom, she falls walking into a fast food restaurant (but is later planning walking expeditions to explore her neighborhood ????)

Like, if she had as many legitimate health problems as she purports, there are resources available. I'm of the opinion that her health concerns are fucking overblown, performative nonsense. Munchhausen's, maybe? What's more, I think she knows that they are available, given that she managed to weasel her way into taking up overflow space at a battered women's shelter. Remember, she wasn't housed in the shelter proper, but at a motel offsite.

So if there are resources available for her and she isn't shy about making use of them, the only reasonable conclusion one should make is that a lot of her shit is overblown (I'm talking specifically about her physical health woes here because I can't take her Tweets about 'falling down' or 'injuring muh knee' or whatever seriously) and she doesn't actually qualify for those types of assistance. If she did, I'd imagine we'd be hearing her moan about waiting lists or the application process (both real concerns and issues) rather than the 50th iteration of her having a tumble and stubbing her toe.

Her mental health is probably more 'real', and if so, I am glad she is seeking help on this.

Also, re: #SickNotWeak, it's a mental health non-profit fronted by Michael Landsberg, who up until this week was an on-air personality for TSN, the Canadian equivalent of ESPN. Landsberg has a history of mental health issues and has been open about it. I think he was also a part of starting another mental health initiative, #LetsTalk, which is sponsored by one of the major telecommunications corporations up here in Canada. I don't think I've ever seen Warthog use that particular hashtag, which is weird because it's certainly the bigger of the two (although it is generally only used for 1 specific day as part of a targeted campaign.)

Don't countries with state-funded healthcare tend to skimp on mental health services?

I would say no more than other countries. There's a general prevailing attitude that mental health is distinct from physical health and doesn't receive the same level of attention, but I think that's the same no matter where you are. Maybe it's different in the Scandinavian countries or somewhere in Europe or something? I dunno.

In Canada, I think that mental health services are slightly better than American equivalents, but that isn't really saying a whole lot and isn't intended to glorify things. In terms of people with serious/legitimate mental health problems they're mostly the same.

24:40 if the time thingy doesn't work for whatever reason.

Cliffnotes: Spoony explains the incident where Miles shot that guy who'd tried to kill him three times, and you're probably like "yep, fair enough, the man was doing his job and acted in self-defense" but then he starts ranting about how you shouldn't piss Miles off because he's a badass with a gun. He could've easily stopped at the "my brother's a hero" angle but he just had to be a trifling bit too edgy about it.
Juan but not forgotten.

What a wiener trying to discredit Miles the American Hero from stopping illegal aliens from terrorizing on 'Murican Land trying to give a veiled threat like Miles will jump in to attack to defend him from internet bullies.
