Actually, yeah, you're right about that. Would also explain many of her weird behaviors and inability to maintain personal hygiene. I was actually thinking she might be using something when I saw the Discord reactions and how disconnected she was. In light of this I'd say she's probably a little bit more intelligent than she seems, but the high doses of drugs are causing her to behave very erratically. The disorganization she's displaying in her trolling plans, as well as the delusions about being the best troll ever, are likely connected to this. In fact I think I remember her saying that 60mg of Vyvanse had no effect on her, which in terms of drug dosage paints a frightening picture of her habit.

This is entirely guesswork, but I'm thinking Bella probably started taking Adderall as a study aid, like many students in college do--except her personality is so warped and she's so bad at impulse control that she couldn't stop taking it. She's definitely psychopathic but I'd argue stuff like measuring cat shit and boiling hamsters was probably done under the influence; it explains quite a bit. Huge doses of uppers can lead to permanently diminished brain function over time, so there's not much chance of her getting better, either.

Yeah so she's not going to be leading the Secret Service anytime soon, if this is an addiction and not just a personality disorder. Psychopathy alone can be an asset in certain areas of government work, but a massive speed addiction at 20 is unworkable and will only devolve.
