If it was a few screenshots, it could be possible. But it’s far, far beyond that. How could a forum full of autists not be able to detect any fuckery with such a huge amount of logs? Using the example of the faked BDSM Chris chats, from the very beginning users had issues with their veracity, and lo and behold they were proven to be doctored. Even with the amount of well deserved hatred Bella had received, I find it very hard to believe that if the logs were obviously faked, not a single person would have pointed it out. Especially considering the extensive knowledge/technical skills some possess.

Simply claiming “it’s all fake bro, trust me” isn’t going to work. If I were in her shoes (god forbid), I would be spending every waking moment compiling an extensive list of actual proof that would disprove any of what has been shared here. To anyone visiting this thread from Reddit, Twitter, Youtube, etc: If you have even a shred of doubt in your mind, please think about her claims logically. Even if you don’t like KiwiFarms as a whole, even if you think that every single user of this site is a psychotic troll, even if you find what has been compiled here hard to believe. Hold this bitch accountable.

Sociopaths, psychopaths, people with BPD, and other empathy-deficient diagnoses are literally incapable of genuinely admitting fault, can't experience true remorse, and cannot stop trying to lie and manipulate people even if backed into a corner. Autistic people experience this, too, due to an impaired theory of mind, though they are usually so socially deficient that they aren't capable of these sort of grand social manipulations and, if they do try to orchestrate them (as Chris did in the Rollin' and Trollin' era stuff), it is very easily recognized by normies.

This is all very on brand for Bella.

People were saying this when first going over her claims that she raped her roommate and drove another classmate to suicide, but those incidents ended up being confirmed by Roman. I think it fits Bella's profile that she's retarded enough to brag to her friends about the felonies she's committed.

Perhaps, but we were talking about optics. Manipulated is less of an exaggeration than racist transphobe because she uses slurs casually for public awareness. Tying it to Chris-Chan so Boomers and Normies for public awareness fits with that angle.

It might be surprising to leftists, but when most people see "transphobe racist" they literally scroll past thinking it's about some weird political hysteria, when in fact it's far more than a Gamestop Freakout.

I definitely don't "know" she committed a crime, I do know in a colloquial sense that she did a lot of really nasty shit, but that's different than knowing for the purposes of the law, especially when all of this is subjected ultimately to the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard in court.

Yeah they revised the federal statute so it supposedly cover's lolishit but that's never been properly tested, probably for good reason, and while it is certainly arguable that obscenity as distinct from CP could be brought to bear, you need to get those images in front of a jury, which means it needs to go to trial, meaning you need a case you you think you can win to bring in the first place.

Turning all of this nuclear-tier autism into an actual criminal case is a lot more difficult and time consuming than most of us realize, and you have to consider what the charges might be compared to the effort needed to substantiate those charges. Anything less than big felonies probably doesn't justify the effort required to turn y'alls hard work into something that will sting in court, because trust me, sorting through this shit will take a whole lot of time and they have to do it themselves much like y'all did, but with even more steps to make it admissible, so it will take even more time as part of an actual investigation.

This could all fly out the window if someone gets a search warrant and they find some shit, and I'd be happy to learn that has occurred at this point, but we need to get to "search warrant" first and I just don't think we're there.
