That first Twitter account really doesn't look anything like Bella. I went through their media and some of their posts, and besides typing like someone with a proper education, nothing that they post seems to follow anything that we know about Bella besides random degeneracy. A lot of tweets about Nintendo and Pokemon, as well as some photos of a dog on a pink bed that don't seem connected to Bella in any way.
