I think it's overly cynical. I don't think Bella will be getting an alphabetical government job, but it's very likely she'll be wrangled into a contractor job at one of her father's companies so she doesn't have to embarrass herself. Her father being smart will see this coming, and owning a company is (historically) ideal for familial tard wrangling (how many of us knew doofuses that now work for their father's company?). She'll probably be swiftly promoted into incompetence and therefore continue to generally wreak havoc. Her dad will ignore it until it starts costing him money/reputation, remember I postulate he has a BIG ego. It's possible she gets into real trouble here in 'the real world' i.e. after university.
This kind of corporate parachuting happens all the time, and much more frequently than 'black hawks over TTU'.
Glowy alphabet jobs are
extremely competitive due to the power, prestige, gravy train etc. An actual pants-shitting cat faeces-obsessed stinky retard will be quickly ID'd and binned off, regardless (or even in spite) of connections. She wouldn't pass the medical for one, but either way the attrition rates are HIGH. There's plenty of other 'rich and powerful' people's kids vying for those same positions, that do actually have the requisite skills to succeed. She won't be able to fit in with the high career trajectory types if she can't even fit in with normies at university. Remember the government/military
runs on conformity, the intake process is designed to sift out the wildcards and defectives, and if it misses them there are ways to eject them later.
Seeing as her parents are ex-government no-one in the current posts will give a flying fuck about some old SEAL dude's daughters antics, the motto 'don't pozload my neghole' is quite apt.
But on the flip side this can be made to all go away in many different ways before needing to call in your dad's 'CIA favours' etc. The primary culprit will be the university admin. It's that old HR cliché, they're not there to help you, they're there to protect the university.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, based on his 'operator status' image it's more likely he was 'rank and file' special forces, one of ultimately thousands, not senior leadership. You find the career military guys are a lot more chilled about the whole 'looking like a badass' angle of their service. Their status comes from seniority/responsibility. He's now senior leadership in his companies, which makes the 'cock of the walk' image I referred to earlier ill-placed.

Ultimately the students need to contact the police, not school admin. It boggles my mind that these kids are being trapped in these situations by bureaucracy. They're being let down, badly.

I think that there's a good possibility that her dad sees her little more than a deranged walking fuck trophy, and her college tuition as paid babysitting somewhere he doesn't have to pay attention to her.
