I feel like half the population of Lubbock has joined in the last week, good work Isabella Loretta Janke!
For those wondering, the Texas Tech side of things is a little complicated. As it's a state school and not private, they can't just arbitrarily boot people because they heard bad rumors, there's a fair level of process involved. Even things like boiling 8 hamsters alive isn't by itself grounds for dismissal
With that said (and apologies if I'm resaying something from earlier) she has pretty obviously broken a number of university policies.
the student misconduct handbook is fairly extensive and there are obvious violations against the subsection 2 and far more importantly subsection 18, which gives the university permission to take action against students who have violated state/federal law.
Section C (bottom of link) gives a vague explanation of the investigation process, but what it means in effect is that someone in student affairs just got told to look into the phonecalls and got a massive list of horrifying links dropped on their desk.
That said, I can't say I have the greatest confidence much will happen. These proceedings are usually more to cover the university than to mete out justice, and they only really care in cases of sexual assault/harassment (as that has all the title IX involvement) and hazing. If there's enough pressure, and there probably is, they may make an example of her, but it will never be some big news
with all that said, though, turns out it's pretty easy to look her up with the student email services
