And if they did, that would be found unconstitutional for the vast majority of shit that is just ecchi of questionably aged girls. There's a reason they don't bring those prosecutions and the ones you've seen have been along with actual CP. There's Whorley but that involved someone already on probation with terms specifically prohibiting such behavior. I feel like if this pops off, then anyone higher up involved with Bella's parents will probably throw them under the bus.
