They think incredibly highly of themselves and see everyone else around them as dumb NPCs, which often makes them sloppy and careless due to them being a walking example of the Dunning-Krueger effect. They all think they're Light Yagami, but they're usually more like Dennis Reynolds or the book version of Cersei Lannister. Just pathetic fucking losers crowing to their circles of cronies who are even dumber than they are about what evil powerful masterminds they are as they torture animals and children and helpless retards and leave a trail of evidence behind them a mile wide.

That's blatantly false though. Ted Bundy was a very charming man in his approach. John Wayne Gacy was a pillar in his community with a small business that was succesfull enough. Charles Manson got normies to kill for him. Jim Jones had hundreds kill themselves. I could go on these people are great manipulators. You're confusing psychopaths who are often normal to high intelligence with sociopaths who are mostly retards. A psychopath is born and often do quite well end up as CEO's or government officials or anything that fills their lust for power. Sociopaths are made and abuse of the scale often leaves damages on all aspects in life causing them to not complete educations and form no personal relations. Sociopaths will give you people like Richard Ramirez who was a tard they're prone to emotional outbursts. They lack self control in any aspect.
