The positive thing here is that her acceptance by either is overall a negative as seen by society as a whole.

"Oh yeah, well the guy who built a career on sexism and the guy that built a career on being a fat white trash retard believe me!" isn't a good look from most peoples' perspective so it won't help her.

Ethan Ralph initially mocked Bella, believing her to be a disgruntled fan of Chris.
However, (presumably) after finding out the 'Kiwi Farms' had a thread against her, he initiated a tactic of 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend'.

After the initial Discord leaks on August 6th, Ralph began his crusade in the name of his fungal queen. Posting about how he didn't believe in the leaks and he got horny for the fungussy!

Ethan Ralph theorises that the allegations and claims against Bella were formed as a conspiracy to get Chris off the hook for raping his mother.
Despite only being a subsect of the people following this story, Ralph has decided that this is what everyone actually believes.

Ralph's motivation to defend Bella, most likely stems from his hatred of the Kiwi Farms and Joshua 'Null' Moon. Possibly seeing the situation as an opportunity to dispel the own 'lies' against him an the farms.

Dick Masterson joined the trinity on August 7th, and making it very obvious he hasn't actually looked into the situation at all. For some reason, Dick believes that it had been Bella who originally leaked the call where Chris confesses to have sex with Barbra. Of course, if you looked into the timeline, you would know that it had been 'Fiona', a true and honest boyfriend free girl, who leaked the original call.

Also, Dick Masterson really, really wants Bella on the show. Although, based upon what Bella has done to defend herself, she will probably only end up exposing herself more.

On the 'Dick Show', Dick did a short segment about Bella and the allegations against her.
Although it mostly consists of parroting what he's already said on Twitter, he implies that everyone involved or sharing the information were apart of trolling Chris and are attempting to 'rationalise their abuse'; it's painfully obvious that Dick doesn't actually know that much about Chris, if he did, he'd know that most people have never interacted with Chris and just watch whatever he's doing.

Ethan Ralph got such a narrow tunnel vision from his hatred of Josh he would basiclly side with anyone no matter how VILE they are if they are against Kiwi Farms.
I can see this backfire spectacular & in a month or so & he will have to do massive damage control to try to distance himself from the psycotic Hamster Boiler ^^ !
