i dunno, we had folks who were moderately retarded who could sight read and write their names, even one of our guys who was on the upper end of severe, he could not read, but he was able to very shakily write his name, that's not always a factor, not all DD/MR folks are illiterate, some of our moderate level MR folks
( IQs in the low 50s ) were able to read 1st and 2nd grade level books, as well as write around those levels. those who did not have additional learning disabilities like dyslexia and such, plus to be considered delayed DD MR, its not just your reading and writing, your reasoning skills, problem solving skills, working memory and recall, functioning and adaptive skills are also taken into factoring someones full IQ
but yes, barb and bob's shitty parenting and nonexistent housekeeping skills, made chris an environment of constant and lifelong chaos and confusion, no matter what issues he has, his lack of real world experiences and healthy outlets, coupled with his main environment with untreated mental heath issues, oh yes, this was a ticking time bomb from the start.

When I was going through the school system (not in the US) they used to separate IQ into verbal and analytical. The thinking was that some people could express a large vocabulary but still have relatively little going on upstairs and vice versa. I'm not sure if this view is still considered legitimate but it may explain Chris to some extent. I suspect his verbal IQ would be average to above average on a good day. But from an analytical perspective he would probably have an IQ between 80 and 85 based on his complete inability to notice simple patterns.

chris's speech is below average the speech patterns and tones are very immature, also his pronunciations of things immature as well, his speech has not changed or matured since he was around 10 or 11, he does not really sound much better than he did around that time frame. which is not uncommon for folks who have grown up with minimal stimulation, lack of exposure to normal people, lack of varied situations, or healthy stimulating activies and outlets.... chris has multiple mental health issues thats gone long unchecked, hes in some ways a failure to thrive person given how immature he always has been

Absolutely no doubt, but given the information we know about the cunt Bella and all her history of Psychopathic behaviour and manipulating others and all the drama she's been involved with the site as well as leaking the original call, Chris is absolutely guilty of going through with It but he's also colossal tard and has no real concept of the crimes he's committed as well as having a decade long history of being manipulated by others due to him not having the emotional maturity to negotiate with people properly, or being too naive to know when he's being swindled, as well as being a mentally ill fantasist with insane idiosyncratic belief that threaten himself and others. He has a long enough psychiatric history that he's obviously going to argue at least diminished capacity. Being trolled really has nothing to do with it unless he's going to make some convoluted argument that the trolling drove him insane. The Chris and IQ debate is something that I honestly think doesn't really need much examination, based on the fact that he is cognitive enough to express basic ideas, along with solve basic problems. He does have a associates degree, despite how long it took him to complete, and he does have high school under his belt. His problems mainly stem from never having the proper coping skills to be able to deal with his disability. Due to this aspect, along with living in an hoarders nightmare, being in isolation for years at a time, along with the paranoia he developed once the trolling began to hit it's peak. To be honest, he is slow, but not slow enough to not completely comprehend that what he was doing was immoral.
I'm thinking sometime between the house fire and the game stop incident, there was some type of medication change, or something of that nature that brought on the psychological elements with the disturbance in his behavior. Remember he was undergoing some court appointed evaluations for quite a bit and perhaps because him discontining therapy he ended up relapsing into Buffalo Bill. He has been under the microscope for well over a decade and the fact his God complex has developed in such a dangerous manner demonstrates that he is totally aware of what he is doing, but cannot articulate the end path. Which in his early diagnosis essentially states this, so his analytical reasoning is totally off the mark. Realistically it is a perfect storm of bad disorders rolled into one.
This could of been probably prevented if he ended up getting more professional help in his younger years in being able to deal with his disorder. Barbara also did have negative influence over Chris and always cottled his bad traits. Not that she deserved what happened to her in her far gone state, quite the contrary. Though he did have an incredibly abnormal relationship with his mother.
When I delved into the abyss known as the orbiters of current year, in all reality these are the exact people Null warned Chris about. I'm not going to deem Chris action against his mother insoluble because of this, rather it is a large reoccuring pattern when we delve into yester year Chris. He ends up latching onto terrible people, that because that seems to be his only form of IRL interaction beyond his mother at current year. These already dangerous ideas post Idea Saga, became more and more accepted. Chris is not the devil, but the product of the failure of proper adult supervision online based on his disability. It's a tragic state of affairs but totally avoidable. All he had to do was get off the internet and work on his comic books and drawings. Despite his art being goofy and ridiculous, it was the only thing he had that had some degree of familiarity to him. Maybe while incarcerated he can get back in touch with that part of himself and just express himself in that manner away from the internet.
The only good thing to come out of this is that he can now beyond a doubt stay off the fucking internet and hopefully the state can provide him the proper tools he needs to better reintegrate into society. Alogs and weens deserve the wall.

His schooling was terrible. He did not take so long to get an associates degree because he was partying and chasing tail but because he failed. Even in HS, his teachers got tired of the tard baby mainstream experiment and passed him because they got tired, so they gave him Cs and Ds. Chris' only academic achievements involve being the subject of a thesis some idiot wrote a few years ago.
The only honor roll Chris was on had butter.

I wonder how Chris will look in a month. He was all smiles when he got arrested, a stark contrast to his other arrest pics but now, he's been snapped away from his fantasy world into the cruel reality - American MALE prison. Shanking and rape is all that await him. I'm almost bummed we won't see any of him for the next few weeks (unless he does something exceptional while in jail). Chris is an abject failure of the system.
That he can be so well-documented in his sheer insanity, and yet have NO state actors intervene is beyond ridiculous. The most we get is Bella who glows by proxy - and I think the glow is actually just neon fungus. This speaks volumes of the state of our nation. Chris has very clearly been going mad. Who the fuck were his doctors before all of this went down?What were they prescribing him? Was he or Barb getting any help whatsoever? I'm a tried and true small-government person, but this is ridiculous - Chris was a clear exception, a cry for help, and they let this happen. This man's insane story spans over a decade now. There is an almost 60 part documentary on him where each part can fill an hour of tv time. He's been known to assault people from sex-pest shit to pepper spray attacks to hit-and-runs. Nobody took a second to realize Chris was a serious danger to everyone?
I never understood the sentiment that Chris was "harmless" Dude cut his own taint open and left it for a few days because he's so open to faux-mystic suggestion. Chris wasn't harmless. He's incompetent, which normally deters people with negative charisma and confidence. Chris is a sociopath with a god complex, of course something like this was bound to happen. Barb is elderly and frail, she can't do much to resist if Chris throws himself on her. Chris didn't touch Megan because he's harmless, her testimony proves he doesn't take no for an answer and gets touchy-feely anyway, he didn't touch her, because she'd kick his fat teeth in if he tried, and he's not strong enough to rip the head off a stuffed doll.

I believe that Chris as a human being is an extreme, he has various relationships with people from trolls to real humans yet cannot put down any functions that would make him normal.
So rarely is autism to the point of non functioning yet Chris seems to stand exactly on that parapet of being tard in a chair. He almost appears to play up his disability to a level which would entirely preclude him from life yet shows he can make decisions based upon information that would generally go right over the head of a autistic man of this level.
Thinking about it as a normal human he's involved himself in activities that even autistic people would find uncomfortable, prostitute, love quest, gamestop gassing, conventions, and importantly court.
Chris has shown countless times he's not autistic to the point of potatoes yet at times appears to be no more cognitive than the hartly hooligans.
