On today’s episode of how social media and sickstagram influences young girls:
From a relatively normal gal to this in just 3 years.

Long story short: diagnosed with EDS by Henderson, got a ligament transplant from a dead body, got a port for POTS, “trained”a dog she got for free off craigslist to be her ESA and then a service dog. Current occupation: whining about discrimination and hating “abelds”. Nothing super interesting, but I thought those two captions were worth showing to the world.

This is some of the most asinine shit I have ever read.

Ahhh, the infamous Dr. Henderson. Hope she knows what happened to Henderson’s other famous munchie patient

Isn't this a henderson patient?

She went to Dr. David Frim at U of Chicago after nine other surgeons turned her away. Her whole story is full of red flags, but I don't know if she's faking or just ridiculously over the top. Either way, she now has real problems with all of her internal hardware failing.

Oh, Tess apparently wants her ashes to be used as cat litter. Sounds fitting.
I combed through this whole thread hoping someone mentioned Tess. She showed up on my radar sniffling and slurring her words ages ago and there was just something... not right about her story. Like the ashes-as-kitty-litter thing is weird because a few days ago, she was crying about a coroner who was talking about the care and respect he gave his patients on his slab. So either she cares deeply for how her body is treated or she very much doesn't.

She's got one hell of an exit strategy ahead of her. She will either have to fake her death on the internet or start "getting better". The latter will be difficult since she's obsessed with the attention she gets, but the former would be the most amusing.

The fuck does anyone need a port for POTS in the absence of gastroparesis? Just drink some damn water.

I'm shocked that Chicago would even employ someone willing to butcher a patient like this. It's one thing to laugh at "private practice" buffoons like Henderson, but the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine is among the most respected in the country, if not the entire world. Sobering to see this for multiple reasons.

Edited to add this tidbit that made me go hmmm, via the University of Chicago staff directory.

"Although Dr. Frim is no longer practicing clinically, the neurosurgical team at the University of Chicago Medicine is continuing his legacy in treating pediatric patients with all forms of neurosurgical pathology. Dr. Frim continues to be an active medical researcher and educator for the Margaret Hackett Family Program, and also serves as principal investigator on laboratory and research studies related to brain injury, intracranial pressure dynamics, and cognitive outcome after treatment of hydrocephalus and Chiari syndrome."

Dr. Frim is a Harvard educated M.D./PhD neurosurgeon. People with his pedigree do not just give up clinical practice to do research without some serious soul searching, usually forcible and at the hands of an ethics committee. If anything, it goes the other way. You make a lot more money on the clinical side. If he were that passionate about being at the bench rather than the bedside, why the dual degree? 🤔🤔🤔

God, how I would love to hear the back story on this.

Yeah I saw that and didn't know what to make of it. I don't know how that shit works. Good to have some comfirmation. I scrolled through the haloofhope thing and there were like 5 other patients she talked to who had the same surgery, all claiming EDS.

You know who else was a dual MD / PhD Neurosurgeon?

None other than Dr. Death himself, Christopher Duntsch.

He practiced at Baylor Plano, one of the most respected hospitals in the world... or at least he did, until he was sentenced to life in prison for intentionally butchering and killing his patients.

If you haven't seen the series about him (based on the Dr. Death podcast), it's currently on Peacock and definitely worth watching. Horrifying shit.

I have spent the past month reading through all 596 pages of this tread. I came over a little before MS went down and it feels like I've finally read the book after seeing the condensed and censored movie.

I just want to thank all of you for seeking out these munchies, writing up the amazing intros and providing endless entertainment.

It was finally time that I had an obligation to finish Jess' (thechroniciconic) adventures after recent (BBC) events. Warning this is word salad heavy, made up of mainly Instagram stories. If you couldn't tell, this girl never shuts up. Why do you think I took such a long break with it? Don't worry though, It starts off good folks. We start in the psych ward, and It doesn't go the way she wants. For quickness, I won't offer much commentary it mostly speaks for itself, heavy pity parties and suicide baiting. If I had to read it all, so do you.
For ease, Part 1 and two are here & here
She starts the year with this lovely post about her mental health.

The psych stay is in a series of stories I'll embed here, where we get detailed story updates of the drama from the time. The context of these stories is that she wanted to get her followers to rise up against the NHS. Exactly the sort of behavior she's doing against the BBC now. Disclaimer: Events may be a bit out of order since it's been a year since I capped these but honestly you get the idea. It starts around January 2020 and is over a few weeks to Feb, I will throw social media updates in as well just to piece it together, Trigger warning: she repeats across platforms.
The Tl;dr of the stay is a lot of suicide baiting, refusing food, and sucking in her belly saying they didn't feed her. The staff is, of course, VERY ABUSIVE. Classic Jess. The main agenda of this is so she can get a free house as she no longer wants to live with her mother or whatever relative she was living with. As we saw in the last parts, Jess had an eating disorder, she's perfectly able to refuse food to manipulate people into getting what she wants.
This has a lot of hilarity and as Jess so dearly likes to say, this timeline is full of TRAUMA DUMPING

Alright, I have to pause for a second, shes always fucking falsely accused, isn't she? It's almost like there is a pattern. Recording and threatening to release stuff is exactly what she is doing to the BBC right now:

Her followers and fangirls are so dumb that they buy her badges she makes all day by hand and don't question why can't pop pills or cut up food without a carer, more on that for another day.

There you have it with these last two tweets, exact same suicide baiting against the NHS last year that she's doing with the BBC. She goes from overdosing to wheelchair shopping with glee two days later. She's fucking fine, she does this to get her own way. On that note, I am leaving it here as it couldn't sum her up anymore. More adventures soon, ladies.

Omg those psych stay stories. Was that baby’s first opiate withdrawals?? I can’t imagine living in a world where that’s not devastatingly embarrassing to post.

Spending just a few minutes looking at her social media makes it pretty clear that she’s a complete BPD nut. Did BBC miss those red flags when they decided to feature her? I can’t imagine they did it on purpose to court drama…
