Un. Fucking. Believable. Russell outdoes himself again. We already knew it but the fact that he's still arguing cases he lost years ago just shows that he never lets anything go. I guarantee he still regularly thinks about all of his lawsuits and about how he's totally right and it's everyone else's fault they all failed.
I remember watching Nick's livestreams and thinking that there are certain parts of his book that sound like they were written in a state of complete rage, especially when he starts to whine about how unfair it is that he isn't going to get to fuck Taylor or how it's everyone else's fault that his lawsuits failed and he's blackballed from the legal field. We have to remember that he has to relive all of these bruises to his massive ego whenever he writes anything, since all he ever writes about is himself and all he ever does is fail. I could just picture Russell writing his book while watching those, hunched over and smacking the keyboard like we see him play the piano. This may be the most unhinged he's ever been, so I imagine this whole thing was him raging while banging on keys.Russell's true disability is that he can't hear or read the words "no" or "stop contacting me". It's like they never even happen. Sufferers end up with restraining orders left and right, but they don't even know why! Absolutely tragic.
This... might be his magnum opus. It's basically a confession! He knew exactly what he was doing with Taylor, with Ariana, with Erika, every time- obviously we knew that, but it's hilarious to see him admit to it so brazenly because he thinks it makes him sound sympathetic to the court. Something's chapped his ass and I totally agree with posters upthread, this is him venting rage about something else IRL. Maybe the PAC, but it feels kind of personal. Did his Starbucks barista get the wrong name on his hot chocolate order? Are his court garnishments siphoning away his hooker fund?
And let's not forget Russell has used "anxiety" as an excuse for things he's done before. It's just a show of how awful he is that he's now turned Erica into a villain in his mind because she too refused his advances. She once was just someone who didn't understand, now she's mentally ill and a monster in his mind."The mentally ill girl" -- eat my ass, Russell. The one thing Russell does that makes me actually somewhat MATI is when he attempts to villify that woman for having depression and anxiety, especially given that his entire existence is built around soliciting pity from people for his disability.
