Un. Fucking. Believable. Russell outdoes himself again. We already knew it but the fact that he's still arguing cases he lost years ago just shows that he never lets anything go. I guarantee he still regularly thinks about all of his lawsuits and about how he's totally right and it's everyone else's fault they all failed.

This... might be his magnum opus. It's basically a confession! I remember watching Nick's livestreams and thinking that there are certain parts of his book that sound like they were written in a state of complete rage, especially when he starts to whine about how unfair it is that he isn't going to get to fuck Taylor or how it's everyone else's fault that his lawsuits failed and he's blackballed from the legal field. We have to remember that he has to relive all of these bruises to his massive ego whenever he writes anything, since all he ever writes about is himself and all he ever does is fail. I could just picture Russell writing his book while watching those, hunched over and smacking the keyboard like we see him play the piano. This may be the most unhinged he's ever been, so I imagine this whole thing was him raging while banging on keys.

It's just a show of how awful he is that he's now turned Erica into a villain in his mind because she too refused his advances. If only the criminal court could unilaterally reverse his plea and remand to trial since the whole plea is supposed to be contingent on actually being and admitting to being guilty (it wasn't even an Alfred plea IIRC).

No, this can't\won't happen but Russ had better be glad that he isn't getting any of the oral hearings he wanted. The pointed questions he could face from this idiotic self-pwning document would leave him stuttering spitting more than usual.

I do not appreciate the way libelous manner Russell Greer has misrepresented the Kiwi Farms in his recent court filing, and I feel deeply and personally harmed by his cruel, insensitive, ignorant words. This is not a forum full of harassers and stalkers! This site is not dedicated to harassing the people we discuss and ruin their lives! There is zero evidence that the Kiwi Farms have driven anyone to commit suicide (and tons of evidence in the contrary)! This is just a forum for people to share their spicy, outrageous, edge-pushing jokes and humor! That's all! We're all just shock jock-type internet personalities. Kinda like Howard Stern. I would absolutely LOVE to see this shit show go to oral arguments. It would just be the Virgin Russell Greer alone with the Chad Greg Skordas in front of the judge. Null would be happily and comfortably home in whatever Slav country he lives in these days, awaiting Skordas' email confirming that they won the suit. Greg would come prepared with a wheelbarrow full of evidence and receipts of Pipsqueak's shitty behavior online, not to mention all the evidence left over from when Erika took Russhole to court for being a creepy stalking asshole, like all the texts, emails, and social media messages he sent her demanding she allow him in her life, threatening to come to her house to kill himself in front of her, and the many, many, MANY times she messaged Russhole stating in no uncertain terms that she wanted him to leave her alone. Basically Greg would be prepared to shoot down every lie, bullshit claim, and narrative twist Dildo Saggins would try to use to make this suit go his way. It would be such an epic, embarrassing beating of Russhole's narrow ass that it should be shown on Pay-Per-View/Streaming-On-Demand with the profits going to Null to help him keep the site running smoothly. Hell, you might even be able to sell the footage on porn sites that cater to sick-fucks who have a humiliation fetish.

No, see, the TRAUMA and EMOTIONAL STRESS of Taylor Swift not getting his gift song and immediately flying out to Salt Lake to jump in bed with Russ were 100% REAL! He just chose to respond to the TRAUMA and PTSD it gave him by bringing attention to his PLIGHTS and DISCRIMINATION by staging a PUBLICITY STUNT with the fake-ish (but not really fake) law suit, and maybe get Taylor to notice him and go out on a date with him when she realized the EFFORT he made for her.

Or, at least, that's the bullshit Russhole is pedaling currently. His stories always change whenever he thinks it will benefit him in his current schemes.

There's this thing called "being professional" that you tend to learn rather quickly when working in the real world. You never say things that you don't mean in official documents and especially nothing that could be taken the wrong way in private e-mails as those can quickly become public.

Pipsqueak is stuck in one mode and he hasn't quite learned how hyperbole should be avoided in lawsuits and you should only stick to the facts and what you can prove. He's going to lose this one again even assuming this one makes it to court.

I believe he asked for one, and court told him no. That being said, I don't think a hearing is likely, unless he amends his complaint with a stronger copyright claim. Then, if only for copyright, the hearing could possibly happen. As is now, I don't think we'll get a hearing, sadly. Good for Null, though.

I love how every time he mentions being a shock jock, he also metnions Howard Stern. I mean, even one thing being mentioned in a LAWSUIT is hilarious, but why would name dropping Stern help his case? Is the judge going to read that and go "ah yeah, sure, it's okay when Stern does it, so I should disregard this lunatic threatening blood to the opposing councel" ?
