Ari does what any smart hostage would do. She spouts the party line, smiles for the camera, and promptly runs the fuck away the first chance she gets.

You picked the nit. Good for you, I guess? No; it's video (they're moving). But you're right; it's a different clip.
Did you ever wonder why Jeanette ran to someone who was (in terms of being in the 'medical field') barely out of diapers and not to some closer family members, like her father who was an established MD? Dr Jacob Joseph Barie (a.k.a. Grandpa Jack) specialised in Diagnostic Radiology, but holds a degree of Medical Doctor nonetheless.Jeanette turned to her CLOSE family member who just happened to be a trans counselor who convinced her that allowing two-year-old Jazz to transition was the right thing to do because she believed it.
med schools are woke now. A doctor who is a guest lecturer from an ivy league school (cannot remember if it is yale or harvard) got into trouble for going on fox news and saying there are only two biological sexes. Ari would be double cancelled for being related to a troon & refusing to toe the line.Oh, no... Ari is wearing Sander's "Black Trans Lives Matter" t-shirt to make her big arrival at med school. Is she a low-key alley after all?
I wouldn't seek out a urologist for migraine headaches. Cousin Debbie specialized in gender-bending, which behavior Jazz was exhibiting. The dissertation narrative, as I recall it, also said Jeanette wasn't exactly in a panic about it or anything -- casually mentioning it to her at a family bar-b-q -- at least until Debbie filled her in on the suicide stats. If Jeanette was "purposefully seeking out someone who would go along with the transgender idea," how convenient that a first cousin at a family gathering just happened to fit that bill! Also how very unlikely a scenario...You picked the nit. Good for you, I guess?

Agreed, none of those men were practicing at the time when Jazz was an infant, but there is no shortage of MDs on Jeanette's side of the family. And asking your retired dad for medical advice isn't such a crazy idea, wouldn't you say? Jeanette purposefully sought out someone who would go along with the transgender idea.
I feel relieved for her, no more camera crew and conversation about Jazz's amhole during lunch. I give her few years to cut contact with this crazy family and be finally free.Ari does what any smart hostage would do. Medical school, residency, and the first few years of her career will be so time-consuming that she also has a convenient way to avoid traveling home for holidays and other gatherings. But I still wonder if she is going to be on board with giving kids blockers and hormones.I feel relieved for her, no more camera crew and conversation about Jazz's amhole during lunch. Jazz is all over Debbie's dissertation. Have you even read it?There’s not really any reason to believe Debbie’s version of events. Maybe an exchange happened at a BBQ but that doesn’t mean that’s the full story. She wrote about it many years later. I’ve never seen Jeanette mention Debbie when discussing Jazz’ story and we have no reason to believe other professionals weren’t consulted or that Debbie even introduced the concept to her.
Anyway, the person in this thread has consistently taken this story as gospel, added their own interpretations (like implying Debbie did it just so she’d have a thesis topic despite writing it years later and it not even being about Jazz’ diagnosis) and presented it as fact to new people here that TRANSGENDER COUNSELOR COUSIN DEBBIE transed Jazz.

Maybe she did also consult all the MDs in the family, for all we know. But I maintain that being told your kid would off himself if you didn't indulge him would be a pretty powerful motivator...Marvin Bloshinsky, Greg’s dad, is also a retired OBGYN.

That was the age that Jazz got the official diagnosis,. It gets worse, Muttnik: the family (meaning Jeanette who planted that memory into the others' minds) has claimed it was clear Jazz was trans at the age of TWO.The fact that Jazz was three really is what clinches this into JESUS CHRIST WHAT THE FUCK territory. Regardless of who was responsible, three year olds lack solid understandings of reality, consequences, or even what they like or dislike. You might as well troon out your dog because they're about on the same level of awareness and sentience.
The family legend is that Jazz asked, "When is the good fairy going to change my penis to a vagina?" at age two. He was very verbal and precocious...if you believe that...That was the age that Jazz got the official diagnosis,. Yeah, I don't think Harvard is happening. . .
