Somebody here said something the other day that stuck with me: kids her age have spent their whole lives socializing via the internet, which is a place where there's ALWAYS somebody ready to pounce on any hint of sincerity as being lame and gay.

Fun thing that caught my eye: Both in the Google doc, and in this abomination the author has the tendency to call Chris "Christine" and then follow it up with using the pronoun "him". That's a pretty unique stylistic thing. The vast majority of people who call Chris "Christine" would use "her" as to not commit the act of misgendering.

I do not know how YouTube works but I'm told this is a monetization thing not a taking-your-shit-down thing. But it's still interesting if it is in response to some legal issue or something like that or just because it is a high profile situation and they want to stop it from getting out of hand. Google trends. While it unfortunately doesn't show you the exact amount of searches for terms, it does show you how the searches fair relatively over a period of time while also allowing a person to compare two search terms with each other. While not exact, you may can read that picture as "for every 100 people as projected searching for 'Chris Chan,' one is searching for 'Isabella Janke.'" Searches for Isabella has doubled by the way:



The results are also different when you add in more popularly searched terms. Example, Fox News:



From this graph, you may can decipher it as "For every Fox News viewer that saw the Christine Weston Chandler segment on Tucker Carlson, 1 in 4 decided to look into Chris Chan. 2 out of 100 of those may have heard about Isabella Janke." While no, this isn't entirely correct or accurate because many outside of mainstream media viewership have kept up with Chris Chan over the years, it can give you some sort of idea how a specific topic may trend.
