Anyone have a source on how much creative input the hololive talent have into their character design?

I'm curious because of Calli's breasts. She said she used to be unhappy being full figured. So you'd think being a vtuber would be perfect, right? It's your chance to roleplay as a petite-bodied gal. But no, not only does her character get big breasts, she gets the biggest set in holoEN, with attention-grabbing cleavage and a frankly excessive level of bounce. Is this a choice that was imposed on her (she perhaps being hesitant to challenge it because she was new at the time), or was it her own choice? Both possibilities are interesting.

What i got out of her talking about it was that it was in her teenage years and has gotten over it long before she joined Hololive.
But she probably didn't want to say anything about it because she was new to this whole thing.
