Eukaryotes reproduce through some for of sex. And there is always a male and female side. not 60 different sexes but only two. Evolution of life from a bacteria to a multicellular organism. The more complex the more we gained intellect and there was a neural evolution as well. And to get two opposites to mate the brain set to two different growth patterns.

Now do know that sometimes the clusters in the brain with go in opposition. and in that case you have gay men and women. and bi. and TRANS. depending on the clusters that are involved and the main one is the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis. one emitter reliable enough that a neurologist can tell the sex of the animal.
This is all known and taught in medical schools now. You really do not get it for the past 20 years they knew this. And they continued on and found even more.
