The Randy Stair thread has a lot of users comparing him to CWC, starting with this exchange on page 8.
By page 10 we even have reports of a misgendering spergout like the one surrounding CWC.
About halfway through the thread we meet Naze Warbled who is a schizo obsessed with Randy and EGS who was still making post-mortem fan content and running an EGS discord server. Commenters in the thread describe him as running a death cult.
Naze WOULD be who you would follow if you were trying to keep up with the EGS fandom, so it could be as simple as that. I’d keep an eye out though in case evidence of CWC communicating privately with Naze comes to light.

In one of the Lolcow threads about WCT's ethnicity, they claimed that the @Mage account was at one time called Logan and was shared by a few people. Seems that WCT eventually kept it to themselves. Strange sharing of socks. It's hard to determine what is genuine though.

It seems like, to me, he's a freak who nobody does now or will ever like and has fantasies of a randy or school shooter-esque event, so, he decided to convince Chris to carry out his sick fantasies for him somehow so he could liv vicariously.
