I wish people like Kelly could see how they're culpable enablers for a lot of the waste and excess that companies and corporations participate in. Nowadays starvation is not really caused by a lack of food but rather the inability to effectively distribute it to the local community that needs it. Mostly due to either a lack of infrastructure or conflicts in the region. For an example of the latter it's common for a local warlord or corrupt official to take whatever aid comes to the region by force and either sell it for a profit or give it only to their followers. Personally I think that it's unfair to lay the blame for these things on capitalisms.

But if you want a economic ideology that creates famine just look at communism. A look at the history of China, Cambodia and Ukraine will show three examples of how communistic policies not just worsened pre existing famine but actually created it.
