Kuuu, you can't make this shit lighter. Understand that our coping mechanism for the reality of all this is to find a perverse sense of humor in all this and laughing, you do not stop laughing.
I know man, but uninitiated japanese chuuba, no matter how based(actually just has common sense present) being bombarded with this foreign info is a bit too much.
But seems like DSP is kinda working.

Where does Tenma's 'auntie age' thing come from?
Never got that from her voice.

Now that the weird treat is over, open this link and press 'set reminder'. Or else.

E: I'm legitimately curious about Tenma's age. In English she sounds like an older Asian lady but occasionally I hear a bit of youth in her voice.
I think she overdoes the heavy voice. She briefly used her 'normal' voice around the end of her GRIS playthrough. Seemed like she's probably in her mid/late 20s or early 30s like most vtubers seem to be.

Pippa ending with the fan discord grooming joke though.

She has a nice grasp on English. I subbed to her a few days ago but haven't sat down to watch a full stream yet.

The issue Tenma and Pippa brought up is a difficult one. When a person with mental illness does bad things, how much should you attribute that to them, and how much should you attribute that to their condition?

In Chris-chan's case, yeah he needed help and didn't get it, but at the same time the vast majority of people with autism don't do the kind of shit he did.

Also, if someone is free to act independently, then they have to be held accountable for their actions out of sheer necessity, no matter what conditions they have.

So, yeah. Cute rabbit funneh

Pippa got Uno Reverse Card'd so hard by Tenma that we now have to anticipate an introspection stream where we talk about it.

As for my two cents? I believe people who can't help themselves should accept the help of others. If you can't help yourself and don't want help from others, then ridicule is at least justified.

In Japan where healthcare is free and there's a bigger onus on caring for both the elderly and mentally ill (I mean visibly mentally ill, depression and anxiety are still way behind the times), Tenma's stance that it's really sad that Chris didn't get the appropriate help is certainly reasonable.

If you want to argue that CWC's situation is a result of the US government's way of 'doing things' and the crushing gravitational weight of an entire internet documenting your every move, then that's okay, but as a firm believer in personal responsibility, CWC had so many opportunities to avoid his current path in life and he refused to take them.

On the subject of Chris-chan, I'd split blame maybe 60% his parents and 40% him. He wasn't really cared for or given the proper treatment or education that his condition would require from what I've seen because Bob and Barb didn't believe in it. He's still a shitty narcissist autism or not.
