She likes to exaggerate. In another part of the leaks, Bella was recounting an argument she and her father had over the origins of the Mayan/Aztec people. He said they came over the Bering Strait, while she disagreed by saying they came from the Yucatan Peninsula and possibly Portugal before that (no evidence of the Portugal thing, but that's par for the course with her). This is probably him showing her documentary-style footage of Native Americans to somehow strengthen his case.

She has said that her father has told her about his sexual conquests. (And we know for a fact that her father has told her about seemingly every war crime he was involved with.) (ADDENDUM: Bella has further claimed that her father attempted to "hook her up" with a 50-year-old woman.)

On their own, these would be deeply fucked up. It's in conjunction with everything else that they're horrifying.

She displays hypersexualization. She has a paraphilia for incest, but she seemed to be legitimately disgusted and outraged once incest was actually taking place. (ADDENDUM: I am no longer sure that this is the case; it has since been revealed that she and her cohorts spent an entire week making memes about Chris assaulting his mother.) She has several paraphilias involving waste, and very intentionally neglects her hygiene to a level that's unheard of outside the severely mentally ill. She doesn't shower, she soils herself and doesn't clean, etc, etc. She alleges to have engaged in coprophagy. I strongly suspect that she self-harms, based on photos I've seen, but can't recall if this was confirmed. She abuses animal, and is manipulative and violent towards other people. (ADDENDUM: Bella displays a significant sexual interest in pre-pubescent children, and has claimed to have sexually assaulted several girls her in her own age range.)

Minus the shit-eating, I have known plenty of girls like that. You don't just wake up like that one day. Without exception, every one of those girls was abused, sexually, by a parent. I know that everyone likes to believe some people are just Bad Seeds, and while they do happen, what you usually learn about 'Bad Seeds' is that all the awful shit just happened behind closed doors in a family with a great reputation and even better damage control.

It's a kind of abuse that's more common than anyone is willing to admit. Generally - to be blunt and callous about it - generally, 'you' end up one of a few different ways: asexual because you reject that aspect of yourself altogether, reflexively gay based more on hate for sex X than attraction to sex Y, hypersexualized because you perceive it as control of your sexuality (or, more depressingly, 'the only thing you're good for',) addicted to drugs, dealing with the trauma in a "healthy" way, suppressing the trauma entirely (and dealing with a whole host of other psychological problems that arise from that), dead, or the unfortunate standby, becoming an offender yourself.

But to end up with all the things present in Isabella, you don't just need abuse. You need extreme, open, continuous abuse. The girls I have known who displayed those sort of signs, are the worst abused people I've ever known. I mean some absolutely soul-killing, should've-buried-them-under-the-jail sorts of shit.

So, yes. Yes, I think he fucked his daughter. And I think that was just the start of it.
(Bella stating that her father is homophobic and transphobic) is very interesting, to me, and I think it might give some insight into her pathology. I think this is one of the big reasons that her targets of preference appear to be trans-identifying people. Strip away all of the paraphilias, all of the maladaptive coping mechanisms, the genuine psychopathy, all of that - and, potentially, even the actual, literal human shit. Get past all of that with a chisel and a power-washing, and, to my eye, this girl presents herself, when not trying to puff up, the way that you would expect from a butch lesbian who's on the road to identifying as trans-male.

Gender confusion is not uncommon in victims of childhood sexual abuse. I suspect that she wants to be male (if I remember correctly, this isn't even much of a supposition - I recollect that she's stated as much, in a roundabout way, that her desire is to be a white wife beater bull and beat women), and I suspect that this is rooted primarily in what it often is for victims of childhood sexual abuse, in the idea that, had they been another gender, what happened to them would not have happened. I suspect that, further, her father engrained in her the idea that women are inherently and innately inferior to men, and that his daughter, given all these things, subconsciously came to the conclusion that, to not be worthless, she has to be a man.*

And I suspect that Michael Janke's loathing for gay and trans-identifying people has been internalized, that she despises this aspect of herself, and that she projects it outward in her choice of victims.

*(I also believe she may have spoken of hormonal issues in one of the leaks, but I don't remember her being very detailed about it.) (ADDENDUM: Bella has claimed she used anabolic steroids while in high school, purportedly for the purpose of gaining an edge in competitive wrestling - I suspect it is far more likely that she took these with the intent of transitioning, and merely justifies them to herself and to others as cheating. She appears to have a very limited understanding of what transitioning involves, and of how it functions as a process - ie, she seemed to believe that giving small quantities of estrogen to one of her friends would quickly result in radical feminization.)
Both obsessive cleanliness and a total rejection of hygienic practices are not uncommon in victims of sexual abuse. These are two different coping mechanisms, the first, in my experience, more common in girls than the latter. The victim becomes obsessed with being clean because they want to wipe away all trace of what has been done to them and/or they believe themselves to have been tainted by the violation, or, the victim attempts to make themselves so objectionable to their victimizer that the abuse will stop. I think, some of the time at least, it comes down to if the victim rationalizes that they trigger their abuse by being "bad," or by being appealing to their abuser.

That said, I've never really known anyone who went from one to the other, and that's a short span of time for something like that to develop without another traumatic incident. If we were talking about a normal person that age, with that total a shift in hygiene, I would expect some fairly major mental illness starting to show. While Bella is the right age, I see no word salad and no other reason to believe she's exhibiting signs of schizophrenia or similar.

Since we have testimony from other people that Bella is not lying about being grotesque, my suspicion is that either,

1) She was lying about her obsession with cleanliness, or
2) While living with her father, he forced her to maintain her hygiene.

Given everything else, I am inclined to believe that 2 is the probable answer, and that Bella's hygiene only became what it is when she was no longer under her father's direct control. There is nothing about his girl that screams other than severe, long-term sexual abuse. This just does not happen after a single incident.
I have no real doubt that Bella is interested in child pornography. And let me be blunt: by that, I mean photographs and videos of real children.

In the past few years the way that people perceive the availability of material featuring the sexual exploitation of children has changed. It's gone from people believing it's something you can stumble across anywhere, to people believing that it's something esoteric, as if it were hidden knowledge only accessible in a Coptic monastery cut off from the outside world. But, read your local paper for long enough, and you will find a story about someone arrested on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography. And they won't be an elite hacker, they won't be an InfoSec expert, they'll be... some absolute schlub. A mechanic, a dentist, an office manager, a teacher, some boomer who probably needed help even hooking their computer up. If someone wants to find child pornography, they will find child pornography.

When that happens, it's never just one photograph. When these people are arrested, it's almost always that they have entire drives filled with tens of thousands of pictures and hundreds upon hundreds of hours of videos and streams. Remember Bella talking about her hard drives being full? Bella does not appear to be especially intelligent (if she were, we would not know every detail of her life) but she does possess knowledge that those absolute schlubs are lacking. Bella's collection would not be composed primarily of grainy scans from 50-year-old Scandinavian magazines. Bella's collection would more than likely contain things I am uncomfortable describing in even the most detached and clinical of terms.

To be frank, I suspect that, in addition to whatever else she has, Bella trades and sells pictures of herself as a child. Based on the logs, she has shown photographs of herself that even the people in that discord found to be objectionable, and described them in sexualized ways. I suspect that was her testing the waters before showing more extreme examples; I think she has blatantly sexualized, pornographic images of herself at a young age, and, unfortunately, it would not come as a shock to learn she has video material of herself at a young age.

(I want to stress that this does not obviate Bella's responsibility for her actions. This is not, 'Bella was abused, so really, she's the victim here.' She has been victimized - I don't consider it in doubt, at this point, there are too many flashing lights and she simply would not be knowledgeable enough to be familiar with all of them nor a good enough liar to consistently present them. However, her response to being a victim has been to herself become a victimizer. Because of that, I have no sympathy for Bella. I am merely familiar with her type of pathology.)
I believe that Bella is likely a psychopath, as per PCL-R. I strongly suspect that she was a victim of severe, long-lasting childhood sexual abuse, beginning in early childhood and lasting into her teenage years, possibly concluding only when she left for college; I find it revealing that, once outside of her father's authority, she transitions from obsessive about cleanliness to totally rejecting it. I suspect that physical and emotional abuse was present as well. The behaviors she has displayed are a collection of instilled paraphilias, learned brutality, maladaptive coping mechanisms, and personality disorders. She ranks among the most damaged individuals I have ever encountered.
Psychopathy does not correlate with intelligence. That is a myth. It correlates with many things - risk of reoffence, immunity to suicide (ie, a psychopath will not commit suicide,) immunity to rehabilitation, probability of committing sexual assault - but not to intelligence.

People assume there is a correlation because most media psychopaths are of the Bundy variety. They are charming, they are intelligent, and they are caught only because of their own hubris.

The reality is that it is not a super power, and that there are a great number of incredibly stupid psychopaths filling prisons from coast to coast.
No. Ignoring that it is not your job to help Bella, you cannot "help" a psychopath. You can only teach them how to be a better, more subtle psychopath.
