The sounds of phone static makes me irrationally mad, I don't even know why. Also muffled voices on a phone call, anything that makes me feel like I have water in my ears makes me go full tard rage and I really don't know why, it's like a visceral, involuntary reaction.

When Dunkin Donuts runs out of donuts. You're Dunkin' DONUTS! It'd be like IHOP running out of pancake batter.
I think they just call themselves "Dunkin'" now, distancing them from the "Donuts" part of the original name, and sell mostly coffee/lattes/whatever, but not really donuts.

I don't go there anymore, personally I went for the donuts.

When I have to ask people to say things again because their voices are muffled or there's static, it annoys me. If we were talking face-to-face (which admittedly I can't do with them because they're speaking from somewhere that I can't get to at that time), there obviously wouldn't be any static, so why does my phone suddenly pick up a random noise from somewhere?

Those cheap excuses for hairdryers all hotel rooms have. My hair is thick and takes at least twenty minutes to dry so I hate how these things don't do jack shit. Always have to remember to pack my own.

Thinking my reply here about how mom & pop Korean donut stores can't be trusted due to potential food poisoning might've been deleted possibly for being too "off-topic" and then checking the Farms front page to see the announcement that the site actually got rolled back 23 hours.

That's kind of irritating.

Also irritating: When you click on a thread and it opens to posts from 4 days ago, but you mistake them for current posts on account of the rollback issue.

Null is always ready to guard his Korean donuts.

Coworker who will not shut up about his MMO guild. Dude, I don’t play the game, I have no idea what the fuck you’re talking about so I’m standing there occasionally saying “uh huh” while you yammer on. I just want to take off and go home.

This is less of a things that piss you off and more of a rant but I've got a friend who I've been helping work on homework and he, over time, got to be real bad about showing up late for it. When it comes to the benefits of meeting I'd say it's 90% him and 10% me because most of the time I'm way more competent than him at this stuff. Aside from just to spend time with him, it's basically to help him that I meet with him, way moreso than for me.

I ended up, one day when he was half an hour late, leaving in a fury before he got there. He apologized profusely and I told him it was okay, laid out clearly my thoughts on lateness. And for a while he made an effort, but then he's gone and started on it again. Most recently he made some remarks implying that I'm abnormal for caring, like it's not universally rude to leave people waiting half an hour for you to show up at the appointed time.

I am just furious now, furious. He has acted kind of entitled about help before, bitched about other friends of his taking advantage of meeting with him by not preparing (just mooch off notes) or not meeting with him at all (they prefer working alone). He's got one friend that helps him as much as he can, and he can't even be bothered to give the minimum level of respect of not wasting my time by showing up when he says. It feels like he takes me for granted precisely because I help him, and he's deeply mistaken because I have already decided I will not meet with him anymore, will not help an ingrate, and the ingratitude/lack of respect has done more than a little to lower my respect for him.

TLDR People who show up late

I've gone back to being a man in a field with a large amount of women. None of them can use a computer at even a competent level, and none of them communicate with each other at all. I forgot why I hated that field.
I bet they all want to dress up in costumes for Halloween and have mandatory parties, too.

I usually don't deal with FedEx but I bought something online that requires a signature. It's very inconvenient. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, and I didn't work until the evening so I figured I'd catch it. I check the tracking around 3, and it said there was a failed delivery attempt at 1. I thought "bullshit, I was literally doing dishes at that time and had a full view of the porch." So I was ticked off that maybe they marked it as attempted but were too lazy to even come by.

But then I get home after work and happen to go through my garage door and I see a note left on there from FedEx. For background, the sliding door's been bricked up long ago so it's literally just a door. But there's no doorbell or anything that looks like it's a front door. It's on the other side of the house so even if they knocked I couldn't have heard it. They could have at least tried going around the porch to try again. I left a note on the garage door clearly instructing where to go so here's hoping it works. Otherwise I'll have to drive to the next town over to get it from the facility.

What age/generation are they on average?

Wide range, most are 20s-30s and some are older.

Of recent times I can't stand being sent "funny" memes anymore if you don't message me in between. I dont give a single fuck about what shitty article says about "but they thought of you when they seen it" its legit not even a friendship at that point and just goes into pointless one sided spam. Even moreso if you have to click it to even see the content.

This irks me mostly if you're local and can just text or call if you ever wanted to do something, but if you're just regarding me as the guy that plays tf2 so I'mma send him 20 gmod vids from 2008 then go fuck yourself.

Honestly the only contact I have with my friends anymore is to send them random stupid shit. I suck.
