Didn't the Taliban agree to wait until May 1st because Trump agreed to have all of our shit out of their by then? It needs to keep being hammered in that Biden purposely flouted the terms of the agreement for some meaningless optics and instead invited disastrous ones. Maybe Trump wouldn't have actually finished the evacuation by May 1st, maybe the Taliban would've blitzed Kabul back in March instead but we're not dealing with maybes and what ifs here, we're dealing with the reality of Biden breaking an agreement and getting caught out completely flatfooted as a result.
