Actually it's not Time's mascot, it's Civilization (Nanashi Mumei)'s mascot. I was wondering about that too though. Turns out they have some descriptions up on their channels already:

Me too, I only like the time girl. This line up bring nijisanji vibe, where some of their liver design are full with details.
But I still hype for their debut, maybe they have some surprise or unique talent in them.

That aside they all seem interesting and I wonder if each one will get a mini lore video intro in their debuts as Kiara and the rest of ID gen 2 got one in their debut streams. And for Nanashi's mascot, I wonder if people are going to merge both it and Ina's Takodachis in some artworks with both together?
